Good day, i bought two cartons of Benson and Hedges Special Red from our local Pick n Pay. In every single box i open i find at least ONE (sometimes more) cigarettes that are defective, the problem being that the "sticker" around the filter and bottom of the smoke is folded, thus leaving a gap open between the filter and the tobacco, and this in turn causes all the air to escape through there which makes you not able to smoke them. I have attached pictures to show the defect on one of the smokes from my latest box... I would've been fine if it was only one or two of the smokes but there has been one or two in every box in the carton so far
I bought time cigarettes and pulled one out to smoke lit it up withing in a few mins filter started falling apart
I have always bought Smooth Blue and was shocked to find a broken cigarette in my box, surely a reputable company should always do quality control check.
longer filters and less tabacco + broken cigarettes throughout the carton of 10 pax bought at Makro Woodmead Johannesburg.
I have brought Benson and Hedges Platinum switch multiple times as it is my smoke of choice. However in the last 2 weeks I have gotten different boxes that have not had the switch ball. I am dissatisfied with the product I'm getting due to the lack of what is meant to be delivered.
I have experienced the exact same problem on numerous boxes of cigarettes. Having one or two defective cigarettes in the box when I open them.
