Bellapure Unauthorized deductions

I ordered on 29/7/2014 a sample from Bella Pure and Celluria at R70.00 each, but never received any product up till date. The following month amounts of R1087.00 went of for Bella Pure and also R1087.00 for Celluria. These amounts went of my credit card every month until this month. My bank institution in SA (FNB Credit Card department) replied that it's not possible to ask for the money to be reversed because Bella Pure will just reply by saying the product was hold up at customs. In the meantime I tried on several occasions to get in contact with this company, without any success. The contact number they supplied, does not exists. Please could somebody take note about this problem and let me know what to do to get my money returned into my account. Please see proof of their letter attached where you may contact the number to see that it's not working. I confirm again that I received zero product from this company!

Bellapure Unauthorized charges

I signed up for products of the company Bellapure and Celluria. I didn’t like it and cancelled all subscriptions. But after several days, I found out that the company continued to charge my account. They took about $400 in total. I sent emails and told to stop it, but the seller didn’t reply. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. Maybe you can advise me how to stop these withdrawals. Please post your ideas and comments. Thanks.

J'ai eu le même problème : j'ai commander les échantillons qui ne m'ont rien apporté de satisfaisant, j'ai donc refusé de commander les produits, mais ils ont quand même prélevé pls sur fois sur mon compte, au total, 300 Euros. J'ai dû faire opposition. Après une enquête de ma banque, j'ai été remboursée. Aujourd'hui ils m'envoient une lettre de rappel avant mise en demeure, ils me réclament 184, 03 Euros ! je n'ai jamais reçu la 1ère lettre.

I also took up the special offer for the “free” trail on Bella Pure in August/September 2014, and I am still waiting for the “free” samples. On the 15th of October, my bank informed me that a fraudulent transaction of R1087.00 went through my account and I then immediately phoned to stop the payment and informed them this is fraud as I did not authorized such an amount. Unfortunately the amount already went of my credit card and now it is letters and letters to the bank to reverse this amount. I also stop my credit card to insure that this would not happen again. This is an expensive lesson learned and not to believe any story posted on Facebook.

You need to contact the merchant's insurance company whose details will be on the confirmation email you received after placing the order. I'm guessing that the insurance company is Insureship. If it is then the email address is info@insureship.com Request an on-line claim form from them and fill it out and return it. They will send you an on-line affidavit form which you must complete and return. The process takes about 30 days but they will refund you. I trust you have cancelled your credit card. You could also try lodging a dispute with VISA/Mastercard as funds were taken from your account without your authorization, but you must provide them with proof that you have cancelled your credit card before VISA will refund you. Contact VISA or Mastercard and request a dispute form. Don't bother phoning Bella Pure -waste of time. Chase their insurance company instead. They will refund you.

Same story as everyone else. Am not impressed that I will have to cancel mh credit cards in order to stop this nonsense; Is there no way this scam can be stopped?

I bought into the 'free' samples for both myself & my friend. I used BOTH my credit cards and a month later got billed R1048 on both my cards by Bella Pure. I was quite shocked as I didn't authorize any such amounts. I'm very appreciative of this site as I would've tried to sort it out on Monday without success as we all know. I have now cancelled my cards and will be very vigilant in the future when thinking of buying anything over the internet.

Me too.i am from indonesia.last month from ny billing credit card around $250 something.its crazy i think.i can not contact custpmer service too.how to give back these product.these month send me again celluria dan bellapure again.i didnt buy why still send me again.its crazy i think.i will block my credit card.

Yip me too...R1087.00 x 2. If you paid with a card, the bank recommends you cancel your card and apply for a new one. This will stop further possible deductions...all fine and well but you struggle to get that back which they have already deducted.

I actually cancelled my order immediately after submitted to order the product. A notification popped up asking to confirm the cancellation which I did. To my surprise, my credit card was debited the following month.
Now I realise it's a scam after reading so many complaints about this web.

they scammed me R1087 already and haven't seen what they promised, they said will arrive in 4 days and after over a month money was deducted and no product and was told is a free trial
