Scam and cheating

Company information:
BellaClear
Boulder, Colorado

www.bellaclear.com

I was trying to win a "free "gift certificate and had to complete three stages, silver, gold, and platinum. To get to the platinum level I had to pay shipping and handling for one product. After about thirty minutes I decided on Bella Clear, 1. It seemed like a legitimate company, 2. what I was paying for was a huge basket of products(so i thought)3. $4.99 was a great price to pay for so much. When I got the package in the mail, to my surprise it was three little bottles and nothing else, including NO sales slip, which meant that if I had known I only had 7-10 days to return my tiny bottles of BellaClear or I would be charged 80.00, I couldn't because I had no return address. After receiving my credit card statement I realized BellaClear is a complete ripoff and fraudulently charged my credit card 80.00, so I called the company in Boulder CO and spoke with a man by the name of Jerry. He refused me a refund, telling me it was clearing stated on BellaClears website the conditions of our "agreement" . Only problem was I didn't buy BellaClear from their website, I bought it through FreeStuff.com as a way of getting something for free.

Haha! Jerry refused to let me speak with a supervisor and straight up told me I will not be receiving a refund and nothing shady or fraudulent happened. I then referred to him as a f***ing prick and he proceeded to hang up on me. I know cursing and calling him names was not the way to go about getting my refund, but when someone knowingly rips me off and then has the nerve to pretend he did nothing wrong or that he did not STEAL my hard earned money I get very angry and words must be said.
