Bella Brite unauthorized credit card charges

I ordered BellaBright "Bella Bright Skin Cream and Bella Bright Eye Serum on line and received confirmation of order via email on 6/6/19 from https://trybellabrigght.com/d/v1/thankyou.php

Confirmation Order #5478BA6564

No charge for the products - just shipping $9.94.

I received on my credit card the following charges:
Santanaskincream.com $89.92 (for skin cream)
Santaanayesurum.com $84.95 for the eye serum

I called my credit card company just now and they said I should contact Bella Bright to dispute these charges and call the credit card company back regarding Bella Bright's response.

Please advise.

Bella Brite trrial & customer service & no refund

I still have not received answer back from either company or a refund on the trial products and the extra funds removed from my bank account. I ordered both Smile Pro and Bella-Brite for their trials for $1 = £.077p each and as I live in the UK by the time the items where delivered it was over their trial period. I was then direct debited from my bank account by BB's for £57.74 and SP's for £56.48 without any notice, and they arrived with no invoice. So I called the [protected] telephone number to find out why yesterday 29-4-14 and today 30-4-14. The customer service asked for my details to check for the order, and they told me they could not find my file on record both times for both products. I asked for the manager as I was not getting any head way with the operator, whom couldn't even spell my name John. So I asked to talk to the SP's manager on both days, and was told she was busy with another caller. So I demanded a call back by the manager asap and I never received it yesterday, today and I am still waiting now that it is 07/5/2014. By the way if you have caller ID on or ex-directory they will not except your call. So I had to use my mobile phone so more costs to me.

So please help if you can with this complaint and anyone else avoid and cancel Bella-Brite and Smile Pro or any of these companies at all costs or it will cost you badly, as they deny any order received and don't even expect a refund either. I am not a very happy about how all this has been handled. Regards, John Crooks, Belfast, UK.

Bella Brite bellaathome kit

I ordered the BellaATHOME free trial, however after 10 days I never received it!.. I called the customer service office, spoke to MJ. Proceeded to tell her I never received my trail kit. She then spoke to her supervisor who remains nameless and then told me to wait 14 days for another trail kit. In the meantime they charged me $94.95 for the Month supply because they said my trail period had passed. It's been a Month now and I still haven't gotten my Kit. I called again only for them to tell me they are not responsible for lost or undelivered items and they will not reimburse me my money. What a scam, these people are schisters. How unfortunate that they have no consideration for the average person like me, who can't afford to throw $94. 95 down the drain. I would not recommend any dealings with this company

When I realized my free gift for a survey cost me 100 bucks I immediately called and cancelled. Thier automated system makes it easy- but- after you have cancelled it is impossible to ask anymore questions. Such as can I return all that has been sent to me before I figured out what was going on. They say when you call...you have already cancelled your subscrition. There is an option to speak with a human but they put you on hold, when their music stops playing so does your phone call.

Bella Brite unauthourise charge

Hi This US firm Bellabrite needs to be closed down as they are operating a scam whereby they offer a trial of their product but once they have hold of your credit card details they insist on you paying for a course of treatment and send the packages at $75 a throw.
which you do not want. I have had to change my credit card details although they have said they have now closed my account.
Ihave tried to ring them on their supplied telephone No but they are uncontactable ie "no reply" as I want to return thier goods and get a refund like most other reputable companies Tks JD.

I have tried, unsuccessfully to cancel a "trial" order, but have had no response to my emails. They say they will respond to emails within 24 hours.
Is this another scam where money is going to be removed from my account without my authority?
Please respond.

I recently responded to an ad for "free trial offer" from the above company; almost immediately, I noticed a charge of $78.41 on my credit card! This is no free trial offer; this is malicious misrepresentation and I am outraged and want the company, if it truly exists, to refund me the money that was charged on my credit card. If you can do anything, please do so, and report this company to everyone and anyone! Thank you.

I recently signed up for free trial, I received free trial in the mail. Three days later there is a charge of around 80.00 on my bank statement. I would like a refund. Or I will seek representation and sue the company for false advertisement. Your product, which isnt worth 8.00, has not been opened. I will return it. Once I have my refund.

I was charged for a product before my trial was up. A representative from Bellabrite contacted me to conferm the order and I told her that my trial was not up and that my bank told me that Bellabrite had allready charged my credit card for an order when the trial was not over. I told the representative that I only had wanted had wanted the trial and to please cancel. She stated that she could not do that. It was out of her hands.

I don't know how the product works. I ordered the "free" sample and wound up paying almost $5 for the privilege. After dinging my bank account for additional $92.13, I called. Apparently I didn't notice and didn't read the really, really small print about having to pay for the entire amount after my "trial" period was over. Unfortunately, I still haven't received the product and even if I ever do receive it, I don't even want it now. THIS IS A RIP-OFF! Don't get sucked into this. You'll regret it.

Like everyone else I got suckered into the "free offer" that cost a scant $5.00. Never recieved the product, but got charged $78.41, when I called a person named Jennings employee number 915, said it was non refundable, explained didn't recieve the product, she supplied me with a tracking #, asked to speak with a supervisor, she said no, when I insisted she hung up on me. I called back and spoke to someone named Arvan employee #1721, told the same thing, even though I told them I just had a death in my immediate family and was not here, oh well my problem. Call your financial institution and file a complaint, they will go after them, file a complaint with the BBB, and go to your local District Atty's office. Bella Brite told me I couldn't make those complaints, I don't know what country she was in, but in the United States of America I could file any complaint I wanted as long as they weren't false.

Bella Brite fraud

The runaround has tried my patience. This is a fraud. False advertising. Complicit with Hydra White/ivory White as co advertiser. I have kept records of the advertising for these two products...and their responses so that if there is a class action lawsuit, I will have proof of their "game". I received three pens from the Washington Street..."fulfillment" warehouse. No invoice, no instructions, no free trial note. From Hydra White who is "now handling the services for Ivory White". The same day, I received a box containing a free trial packet and a Complete Program packet from Bella Brite...same fullfilment warehouse address on Washinton St., in Denver, Colorado...same unit #8.

I have been "warned" by both "co-advertisers" that if I don't return the products I will be charged around $78.00. I have explicitly emailed Hydra White that they are NOT to place any charges against my debit card bank account...under any circumstances. They return emails encouraging me to meet their deadlines.

With all of this confusion and the lack of enclosed paperwork and invoices...one can only come to the conclusion that this is a scam on well-intentioned consumers...and they are perpetrating fraud with false advertising.

Who follows up on these complaints? Better Business Bureau? The local Sheriff's offices, the State Attorneys General...who protects the consumer?

I am a senior citizen on a meager Social Security Income. I budget my money carefully...I do not expect an Internet advertising scam to make a money grab and cause me to have an overdrawn bank debit which in turn will cause me to default on my bills for utilities, etc. in addition, I will be charged by the bank for an overdraw fee.

I am sending copies of this to the "companies" above...and will proceed further to contact others who have been scammed, and take action. Sandra C. [protected]@cox.net

I am currently having the same issue as many others somehow they obtained my bank info and charged me 1.00 for a trial kit i didnt even order. I called them and told them to take me off record and i will return the package on my own expense because once you open the unmarked box its non-refundable. They assured me i would no longer be charged and then ofcourse 1week later they charged me 78.40 because they have yet to receive the package (which i dont believe) that they didnt even want back! I contacted my local bbb and they in turn contacted colorados bbb and i believe i may even get a lawyer for fraud and them charging my account without my knowledge! dont buy into it even if you cancel the trial offer you have to return the (unopened box) and they still charge you 19.99!

I was doing some online survey and then I was offered to have trial kit of whitening teeth from Bella Brite for 1.00. I actually wanted to whiten my teeth so I got it. But then actually they took from my account 1.08 + shipping fee (almost 5.00) without any notice about cancellation. On Jan 17 they took 78.41 from my account and I didn't know why. I went to the website and I didn't see any information about this stuff. I however cancelled the account. Today I called them and ask why they took my money and they said it is for one month supply that I didn't order. I asked for a refund and they say there is no way to get my money back. I really got shocked. I will never buy anything online in the future, I am sure. Anyone please help me to take my money back.

Bella Brite this business is giving other sites a very bad name for there actions

False advertising, they sell you a sample for $1.03 + $3.87 S/H and then they charge your card for $78.41 and when you call them they are rude, not sorry and will not refund you!I tried to ask to speak with a manager and the supervisor said she was the person in charge and the highest person to talk to .Read the agreement first…which they send you after you have signed and paid for your sample, . you have 7 days to call and cancel the remaining 2 Applicators or you will be charged. I did accept the one Applicator but after one session I was unable to use the remaining Applicators as the Goo ” BURNED MY GUMS” badly.

This Company was very misleading (SCAM), I did not see anything in the find print saying that said if I didn’t call back within 7 days to cancel I would be charged $78.41. I only wish I had read the “COMPLAINTS” on this business first otherwise I would never have purchased anything from BELLA BRITE / BELLA CLEAR..

This business is giving other sites a VERY bad name for there actions, because they should have refunded my $ I have called my Credit Card Bank to have any further charges BLOCKED . www.bellabrite.

Bella Brite charges

I have read a lot of complaints about Bella Brite. Mine is the same as some of the complaints you have in your files. This company is charging me for merchandise I haven't gotten. I am a jobless male. I am 61 years old and filed for Disability. The life partner I live with is also on disability and has been for 17 years. I used her davit card to get a free trial and was given no time to cancel and now have been charged $78.41 twice. They said they do not put a packing slip with the order but send it after the shipment has been received. I received no such information from them but they took the money anyway. I and trying to get some kind of job. I thought having whiter teeth might help. This product is terrible. It did not whiten my teeth at all.

The add I read said you can see a difference in 1 day. The description they have on their web site says 3 to 5 weeks. My confirmation # to cancel the account is [protected]. Bell Brite has taken 156.82 out of my friends account and she almost had her lights turned off. She uses an electric recliner to sleep in and has a first alert for emergencies.

How do I go about getting my friends money back and can I do it in a timely manner? My email is [protected]@hotmail.com. I am in a lot of troube here. I am an honest person and I do make mistakes. Because I don't have any money coming in, I don't want my friend to pay for this.

Bella Brite cheater company

I have a same issue with you! cheater company!

Bella clear uses trick marketing schemes. I was ordering my ipad online through a contest and all of a sudden bella clear add popped up and suggested that it is mandatory for me to order a $4 bella clear trial product in order to receive the ipad. so I purchased a 4 dollar trial package. I saw my credit card statement and they charged me $90 for the whole package which:- 1: I did not receive any of the products in 5 weeks...

Bella Brite lie! not a free trial, costs 78.41. a total fraudulaent scam, criminal activity!!

I signed up for a "free trial" and was told I had thirty days to return. My credit card was charged 78.41 on November 26th. Today is December 1st, just five days later. I also called yesterday. This company is totally fraudulent, ripping people off and everyone involved in it should be incarcerated for credit card fraud, amongst everything else. I tried to speak to a supervisor and was told by three different idiots on the phone that they were the "supervisor". I asked to speak to the CEO and I was told three times "You can not speak to the CEO"". This company is conducting criminal activity. If all of you that have written complaints want to contact me through my web site, I am going to start a class action law suit.

Should've checked this company out before I started the trial! When I started the trial, I copied and pasted from the terms and conditions: "Call [protected] within 8 days from your order date to cancel your trial." Trial started on Jan 19, and today is Jan 27 aka the 8th day. They've already charged me $78.41! Called them, and the heavy-accent lady just kept repeating that the trial's one week long, and that they can't give me a refund. Then I called my bank, and tried to dispute it. They said they'll only act as a media to talk to the merchant and try to make them give me a refund, but they can't guarantee it. If it's in the merchant's terms and conditions, then there's nothing the bank can do, and I'll have to go back and talk to the merchant again, which obviously won't help.

Bella Brite unauthorized charges

Was offered a free ipod via an online ad. The ad opened a form and eventually asked to give a credit card number to pay for shipping and handling. It looked legitimate. Against my gut feeling I started to fill out the form. I decided to stop filling it out shortly after when I realized that it was likely a scam due to additional advertisements on the page. I never actually hit the submit button but somehow it captured all the information I had typed in. The form must have had some back end programming to capture each field as it was typed because a day later I was signed up for the Bella Brite Tools subscription without any consent. Bella Brite charged a total of $79.44 on 3 separate transactions. One was for shipping, another was for handling and the last one was for the product. Chase credit card actually notified me of the charges asking if they were fraudulent. I said yes. They talked to me and I explained what happened. They said they would consider the charges unauthorized since it appeared to be an advertising scam. The first two charges were dropped. The third charge came in tonight. I filed a dispute against that charge as well. I expect that will be dropped. I googled the company and found their website. Did the "Easy Cancel". Then googled the complaint boards. At that point I realized that this company would probably continue to charge my card anyway so I called Chase CC again to cancel my account number to prevent further subscription charges. Not happy with all the hassle but at least I noticed it before it got out of hand.

Bella Brite scammed for $1.03, plus $4.87 and charged also additional $78.41 and I just received the package yesterday!

I purchased a Free Trial of the Bellabrite Tooth Whitening Gel and I was only going to have to pay the $1.03 and the $4.87. However, I just picked up my package from the Postal Service on yesterday, 10-3-11, and my credit card has been charged the $1.03, $4.87, and the full amount of $78.41. I just opened the package last night, but I never opened the two pouches. This absolutely FRAUD! The damn package even says "FREE TRIAL, " but I tried calling and you only get a an answering service stating to call back during business hours. Please advise me how to get my money back, because this is a TOTAL SCAM!

Bella Brite teethg whitening

ordered the sample products over the phone for $1 each & didn't get the items for over a week. after 1 1/2 weeks i wasn't satisfied with the teeth whitening & called bellabrite not only to cancel my membership but found out they charged my credit card $78.41 without my authorization. i was told as long as i call them within a month (30 days) i can cancel & wouldn't get charged for $78.41. today i was told it wasn't 30 days & needed to call them in 12 days for return or cancelation & that they had e-mailed me with this info which i never received. this is ridiculous! i did let the c/s rep know that i was willing to return the items back but instead she hang up on me. so unprofessional! this was my first time ordering free trial samples & after going through this nightmare with them & my credit card company only choice i have left is to cancel my credit card & dispute the charges. i hope per my request they cancelled my membership for both companies & not have to deal with them ever again...what a scam!

Bella Brite scam and fraud

I saw an ad for a "free trial" which I answered on line for "$1. plus shipping. A lady called me within a few minutes and said my credit card would be auto charged every month and I immediately cancelled but when I told her this, she hung up on me. A few days later a package arrived from them which I returned to the Post Office "Rejected and Return to Sender." However, they continue to send me packages and charge my Credit Card almost $80. each month. If anyone can tell me how to stop this please do!

Trying to save money and live on a tight budget was offered a free trial of Bella brite tooth whitening product. I was told I would be billed $1.00 for shipping and a free trial period of 10 days and they would bill me $78.41 if I did not cancel with in those ten days and they would send me more of the product if I decided I liked it. Well, ...I tried to cancel through the web (Easy Cancel) but it would not go through, this was a Saturday morning. I wasn't worried because I knew I had plenty of time before my 10 days was up. So I decided to call them on Monday. Well...by that time they had charged me the $78.41 for the full product amount without my conscent and it was posted on Sunday! When I called to ask them for a refund they were very rude and refused. They lied and said my ten days had past, but it hadn't. I have the email that shows the day I ordered it and the day they charged me the 1.00...I believe this company should be stopped and not allowed to do this to people. It is nothing but a scam, this is no accident.

Bella Brite misleading advertising

A small add showed a woman w/child picture promoting 'Amy, an ordinary mom from YOUR HOME TOWN discovered a clever trick to get a celebrity smile for less than $6. Thanks to the trick she discovered, thousands of consumers have been able to whiten their teeth from home. This came w/two steps; STEP 1: First get 'Bella Brite' use our exclusive promo code 'WHITE' to get $1.00 shipping! and then STEP 2: Then get OrthoWhite use our exclusive promo code 'SMILE' to get $1.00 shipping! * This is the key. Use both products to get results like Amy. You got onto their website and read all kinds of testimonials. Once you order this product the system thanks you and at the bottom portion of same page another box to check commiting you to much, much more than a free trial offer. I did not check this box but later learned that under the 'TERMS AND CONDITIONS' I had unknowingly signed up for a whole program charging me $78.41 plus $5.95 shipping for ongoing shipments. I sent three emails to CANCEL SHIPMENT and I called first thing MONDAY MORNING. The very calm lady on the end of the phone explained I cannot stop the shipment and my only choice is to purchase the shipment at $19.41 or wait for the shipment and return it to them within 15 days. I chose the $19.41 along with lots of swear words and she explained I would receive confirmation via email within 24 hrs. I DEMANDED the email now and I told her I was staying on the line to await my email. She said she would check to see if she could push that along. I saw her email alright. I asked her if she sleeps at night! This operation should be SHUT DOWN! What a scam!

Warning! They offer a trial for 10 days. You have to cancel within 10 days or you will incur further charges on your account in my case $77.00. The email address on their website that they claim allows for easy cancellation doesn't work. Thats how they get you. By the time you get the product and go through all the hoops they have already charged your account. In my case on the 11th day. Please be careful.

Bella Brite bellaclear

I ordered a Free Trial Offer from BellaBrite (for teeth whitener), but cancelled my account within the fifteen day time limit. I then received a cancellation e-mail from "BellaBrite", saying my debit card wouldn't be charged, but then my account was billed by another company, "BellaClear", for a total of $1:oo plus $78.41 (for acne cream!) I never contacted BellaClear (who, allegedly got my debit card number from BellaBrite.) Both company's phone numbers have the same area code and are located in Colorado. I believe one company gets your (CC) number, and the second company bills your card. My bank statement showed "BELLACLEAR", which, at first, seems legitimate, but upon closer inspection, was a fraudulent charge.

I ordered a free trial whitening teeth by telemarketer on Sept 25th . I received the free trial. . I have been charged after 10 days on my credit card with $69.87 on Oct 7th. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do about refunding the money, also the sample was sent to Pat Reilly
whom has false teeth but the money was taken out of my account.

I am so mad because a couple of days ago I recieved a trial and a full set of bellabrite to whiten teeth first off I have dentures, I did not order it and now they took $69.99 out of my bank account and I called and the person that answer the phone Mr Doug told me that I had ordered it and they had a recording which supposily they are going to e-mail to me. I cancelled the auto shippments that they were ready to keep sending me. I think it is so unfair and fruadulent that they are allowed to do this. That money they took out was more then 1/2 of my grocery money for this month to feed my children. I want to know if there is something I can do. Nancy Castro

Through a misleading add I decided to do a $1 trial. It didn't work, so I marked return to sender and cancel on the next package. Because I didn't do it within 8 days of receiving the trial package they won't refund the exorbitant charge of $78.41. Any reputable company would refund your money for disastifaction with a product.

Definite scam! I'd bet that they make all their money on that first fee before someone cancels!

Sent merchandise that wasn't ordered and charged shipping to my credit
card and now I suppose they want it returned at my expense. The phone
number listed for them will not answer. I do not intend to pay for something
I did not order, and I do not have an address to return said item that is of
no value. Emails to this company will not go through so I must believe this is all a scam.
Please advise on how to settle this matter.

Recieved product wasn't what I thought tried to call company after many attempts only got machine telling me to go on-line and review their return policy(AGAIN). I did this, what I read was still unfair! Even if you returned the product untouched they still charge your account or credit card for a product you never used, when they advirticed they stated that if didn't want product return it and no money will be charged to your account. I haven't opened the box, I was concerned with the many failed attempts to reach someone with this company so I never opened box with product in it. If you return product they still charge your account 19.00 for returning it, this company is false and something needs to be done about.

Evidently a phone conversation claiming they were from my credit card company resulted in a FREE trial of something that would have a cancellation phone number in the package . Credit card was charged with 3 different billings $3.95, $ 3.97, and $ 69.87 for a teeth whitening product that I was not informed of nor interested in, but have yet to get the charges removed and not able to contact anyone to complain. Biggest rip I've ever seen in a phone scam! After going to their website, discovered their address is ( ISLAMorada, Florida! Very scary! and the only address is a website. I refuse to pay for a product that I have no use for, and did not ask for. Now what?
