Lousy programing for big money

I have informed Bell Vu,that I like to cancel my satellite service with them. They gave me an confirmation #, but i have not received any boxes,after 30 days of notification, to send the receivers back. I will never go back to their lousy programing for big money.

I have the same complaint. I have been requesting a box to be sent in order to return a rental receiver for 6 months. I have no idea why bell cannot send this box but can still manage to send me bills for the full amount to purchase the receiver. The confirmation numbers they give when you phone are useless. What I really need is a tracking number for the shipments which I am told they cannot do. Terrible, terrible company.
