My original contract of $45 per month for my basic cell phone package turned into $120 for my first bill. Barely used the phone, Bell rep told me they are billing me for 2 month first. So I paid the bill thinking the next one will be $45 or so, but second bill was $110 so I called and complaint, they said I had over usage, which I don't want even argue with them about. Fine, lets pay that one. After been a nice guy of paying about $130 average per month for a basic cell phone plan which I was barely on. I decided to switch to Rogers, Bell told me I need to pay them $400 to break my contract. So I asked to speak to their manager, who told me there is nothing they can do. But if I want to end my contract in the last 6 month, I can get out without penality. So I waited, and waited, in the very last month I called them to cancel, but they said now I own them $200 instead of $400. So I said fine what if I wait until the contract expires with Bell. I shut my phone off, and bought another one with Kodoos. And no surprise Bell billed me again. Crooks of Crooks, you been warned about Bell's business model.

It's people like you who allow Bell to walk all over them AND pay them money to do it!!!
Why in the world would you not ask for refunds?
I do it all the time. 4 X a year Bell overcharges my account and I get every cent back.

DO NOT BACK DOWN FOR THESE CROOKS. GET WHAT YOU AGREED TOO!

And threaten to call the BBB, that helps ;)

I personally think its better off not to call except to dispute bills and disconnect your service. Even better, switch to a different telecommunication company all together so you rid yourself of headache of dealing with incompetent unhappy employees who don't even want to be there, and we as employees don't have to deal with your IQ of a squirrel l intelligent, your miserable attitude, and your stupid questions. This is my personal opinion based on what I seen from the company and its customers.
