Being charged for a canceled item

I ordered the Wu Yi Tea and received the first box. I received the first shipment (3 boxes) and then canceled over the internet. Since I canceled my Visa account has continued to be charged $19.95 each month even though I am no longer in the program to receive tea. How do I go about being reimbursed?
