First and foremost I cannot begin to express how disappointing it is too know that you would stoop so low as to take away someone's add revenue without checking the content of the videos, It's not fair and it makes it look like you could care less about what people upload to this site.

If the age appropriateness is really an issue, create a separate YouTube just for kids and if they decide to use the normal YouTube rate the videos the same way you would rate a movie in theaters put up a warning notice that says It's at there own risk to watch. so then not everyone has to fit into that kid friendly mold and they can have their Add Payment back.

The Second thing I'd like to bring to light is the flagging and strike system, which we can all agree is broken, but I'm not going Nag at you to fix it, I want to give you an alternative.

For Example someone does make a strike on a video for stolen content with out Fair Use. Make the person Accusing specifically the exact time in the video that the violations take place and strike the channel when it really is a violation and not just someone saying it with no proof, saving you the time that you spent answering appeal emails for innocent people trying to get their channels back.

Please don't disregard this we wouldn't be sending you stuff like this if we didn't care, we just want to be allowed to voice our opinions, to be weird, be artsy, to join a cuase we believe in and talk about serious topics we couldn't discuss anywhere else, this freedom of self expression is what made you so great, and please don't take that away, I'm Begging you.

There are a few fraudulent companies operating out of this address in Delaware, USA. This morning I received a Pop Up message - Breaking News Offered for the first time ever Facebook Hiring Indians For Rs.15, 792/day To Work From Home. Given the huge media hype in India about Digital India and the several meetings the Founder of Facebook had with our Prime Minister I took the offer seriously and made an investment of Rs 4400/- toward the kit ( Freelance Job Training Kit ). I then researched the net for more information on such job opportunities and landed on this site: https://www.facebook.com/help/community/question/?id=721663187910646 and realised I was duped. It was a very horrible experience indeed to get cheated by some scoundrels. I am lodging a complaint through his forum so that necessary corrective actions could be initiated. Perpetrators of computer crime are getting away without any punishment... its time the governments in countries across the world take this issue seriously . We demand that Criminals who cheat innocent netizens be punished.
