Beauty Impressions face cream and eye cream free offer

Accepted free trial, paying shipping, in Sept. Another shipment received today, but not ordered. On the free trial offer, there was no statement about future shipments and being on automatic delivery for $105.79 payment, nor was there an opt out time period. This is Dirty business and a sham! I plan to follow up with calling their customer service for verbally cancelling this unlawful practice .

I have been reading numerous ripoff complaints. Add me to the disgusted, reaped off consumer .

Re:beauty impression-skin element
For me i saw the offer which stated it was for "a free sample" also said "only so many given away per day" also in the ad was no mention of the words, 14 day trial... Or mention of being charged over 100 dollars for my free sample...
I called them up, even told them that i have a screenshot of the free sample sign up, told them it stated nowhere anything about a trial or that my card would get charged for anything but the shipping for my free sample... Let alone again monthly or that i have 14 days to return it. Upon receiving my free sample there was nothing included in the packaging that stated any of this information either... As i would have packaged my free sample up and mailed it back immediately and i even would of paid the return shipping myself if there was actually any documentation inclosed stating that my free sample was going to cost me over 100 dollars.

I am so pissed off and dissapointed and because of who i am it actually hurts me, hurt my feelings to be wronged like that... Hurts me to have to feel helpless, while a person on the other end of the phones job is to willinging take part in the stealing of thousands of peoples money and to tell each person that that is what they will be doing period, while repeating the 14 day trial sentence as the response even to statements i made regarding the true facts that prove the customer to be in the right.

It's b******* how companies can get away with s*** like this... Its wrong, it is illegal, and to have no care at all regarding what people situations ultimately turn into because money that they needed has been taken from them. I don't know for some reason i expected better from the creator of the new skin care line i thought it was supposed to be about the people but what really matters is getting as many people that will continue to make the payment each month while hurting thousands of other people. Something really should be done this can't keep happening i do believe that there are enough people that this has happened to and enough evidence and proof to show any court that a mass reimbursement should be made. Can we start somethimg up... We have been made too feel like fools. And although we were not called a liars we had to listen to workers 14 day trial script that is made to make us accept that we are going to get our money taken regrdless of what is the truth. Traci-santa rosa, ca... Let me ask the owner... Are these the business practices you would sit by and let happen to any of your family members.. And with that will you keep teaching your family that its ok to lack integrity for your self?Your company? And continue teaching to lie... Giving false statements if hope and dreams to give.. Blah.. Blah to the people... Really when all is said and done will you teach your family its you you value and as for the "people"... F### them?...

Same thing just happened to me! Exactly! Nowhere did it say they would be continuing to ship and take money from account for orders I did not order! I very upset! Will probably not be able to get my money back, do not even know how to start or who to contact. I have notified my bank that I did not authorize these deductions and they said they would dispute them for me but did not give me much hope. Never, never, will I accept a free offer again. Lesson learned the hard way.

Beauty Impressions skin element and eye vibe

I am just livid over this company and how they can get away with ripping people off the way that they do! They need to be stopped & people need to know that the whole thing is a scam to take you for as much money as they can. I was took for over $500 from this company! I ordered the product on a free trial offer the next thing I know every 2 to 3 weeks they're sending me another shipment of the product. My daughter says to me mom you better make sure they're not pulling money from your bank account & so I look & sure enough they're were taking almost $200. every time the sent me a shipment. well of corse I had been sending every shipment back to them because even if you follow the instructions & use it as instructed for 1 you could use that much product in a life time of that stuff & for another it was not working. After e-mailing them & now sending the 3rd shipment back requesting a full refund with the shipment I had to call them & get nasty on the phone with them for them to tell me some ### that it was stated on the website that they would be taking money from my account & sending me more. Bull - there was no such crap anywhere stating that after the free trial I had to cancel the membership with them within so many days & now when you click on them products the name is the same but the whole packaging of the product is different & it doesn't even say the same thing. Needless to say they took me for over $500. & all I get back is a total of $133. from this no good thieving cheating stealing lying crappy ### product that doesn't even work company. So just beware out there. I don't understand why or how people can do this to other hard working people who honestly make a living busting their ### for their money while other people just steal it away from you & can live with themselves & sleep at night

Unfortunately this is what happens when you pay for a "free" sample. They say you're only paying for shipping and handling so you give all your information including credit card. You think how amazing I get to try it for free! However, you didn't read the fine print that says you will continue to receive this product once a month and payment will be an automatic withdrawal per the credit card info you provided. NOTHING IS EVER FREE EXCEPT HUGS AND KISSES FROM YOUR MOM!

They use a "free" offer to get your card number and then they will keep billing you until you cancel the card.

Calling does no good. They connect you to Indians who are paid to keep you on hold while they bill you again and again. While we were talking to them they billed us for $97 and then another $97 on top of the original $105.

This is the most blatant scam I have ever witnessed. We are on the phone with the bank right now getting it stopped. They use multiple companies to ring up these fraudulent charges. They hit you hard and fast and they don't stop. Bellevue Eye Care? Stunning Skin Care? It's all Beauty Impressions!

It's a nightmare.

I keep receiving this junk in the mail after requesting a 30 day free trial. This should be illegal. Dr. Oz should be ashamed! Called the company and talked to a non English-speaking person. He tried to give me a discount and kept increasing the discount until finally he said just keep it. The $100 better be credited back to my account or their will be problems.

I feel ripped off . I thought this was a 30 day trial. I would never order this again and was not aware of the price. It just showed up on my credit card bill. If they had published the price, I never would have ordered this product. This is very sneaky marketing and should be illegal. I will contact my credit card to see if I can get a refund. If not I will be reporting this company to the Federal consumer agency.

I have the same complaint. I stupidly fell for the ad on facebook and signed up for the Skin Element and Eye Vibe which I received around September 15. My bank account was billed for $10.89. Today, 9/26/16, I see that my bank account has a charge of $105.79 from Brilliant Eye. I called the 855 number right away and "Mr. Stevenson" told me that the details are on the web site. But if you notice, the emails you get when you order have no link the any web site. I told him to cancel any future orders. He offered me a 40% refund. I'll see if I get that. I'm still not sure if I have to return the stuff. He never answered me. The email confirmation to cancel is vague. If I do get the 40% refund of $81.44, I'm still out $24.35.
This is the most underhanded, shady operation I've seen in a long time. I know these rip off companies are out there. I guess I let my guard down for a minute and fell for it.

They did the same thing to me. Ordered the sample and next thing I know am getting $95 and $92 deducted out of my account and product showing up I did not like or want. When I returned it and had proof of being received I called to see when I would get my reimbursement. Was told by a non English speaking man that I did not get permission to return the product so would not get reimbursed. I went livid. They got the product and my $375. and gave me the shaft. I will not stop here, will continue to call and cause issues until I get reimbursed.

Beauty Impressions the customer services didn't want to refund even if I didn't place the order

I didn’t order any products from Beauty Impressions. Someone has used my credit card and subscribed for the trial. I found out about it only, when this company charged me for the trial. I called to the customer services and they refused to pay me back. The customer services are completely useless and it was impossible to get any help from these guys. As well as the rep with whom I spoke was rude and didn’t listen to me.

I wish I looked into this company before I tried their "free" product that they charged me $97.83 +$3.95 shipping! They put me on auto delivery and charged my card monthly until I finally caught it. They wrongfully charged my card $391.32 altogether. They would only reimburse 58.48 and we shall see if they even do that! BEWARE and DON'T SIGN UP!

Products do not work on me. Only signed up for trial items and you keep sending me more and more and charging me outrageous amounts. Want to return items and get my money back please do not send me any more.

This company is only one of the many fake companies who are doing the same subscription scam thing! The State Attorney General should step in issue a 'cease and desist' order and then go after them for all of the money that they've scammed!
