Beautive.com review: Amount Charged for product but order not shipped 8

I had purchased cosmetics from this website amounting to $131.06 including express shipping.
After placing the order on Beautive.com the amount was charged to my credit card immediately and i also received the transaction details by sms from the bank.. Surprising though i didn't receive any invoice or payment receipt from www.beautive.com. I thought maybe due to network issues or time difference the mail may reach a little late after order being processed so thought it would be apt to wait for a day before contacting the website. The next day even there was no invoice or receipt in my mailbox so i got a little suspicious and contacted the website from their contact us form as they had not published their email address, phone numbers or even Address for that matter. I wrote to them that i have not received any invoice or receipt so the same should be emailed at the earliest for my record. The next day i received a mail frominfo.[protected]@beautive.com mentioning the order information so i was a bit relieved so i went again to their website to check my order status to know whether it has been shipped or not. I found the below note.

Hi Rahul,

Thank you for your order. For fraud prevention purposes, we have charged two amounts to your credit card. One is the amount of your order. The second is a very validation charge that is a very SMALL AMOUNT. Please do the following:

1) CALL your credit card company and ASK them how much the SMALL AMOUNT is.
2) Email us back what that SMALL AMOUNT is
3) If the amount is right, we will immediately REFUND the amount and ship your order as soon as possible.
4) If the amount is NOT right, we will immediately refund ALL amounts and cancel your order.

Please understand that this measure is to protect you from identity theft as we must take all precautions to protect our customers from fraud.

So i checked with my bank for the small amount but again no small amount had been charged to my credit card.
Again i contacted them to inform that they have not charged my any secondary small amount so i have no amount to report to them and put a request to either ship the order immediately or refund the amount as they have already wasted many precious days. To my vain i have till date not received a single response to my grievance nor the product and neither has my amount been refunded. Till Date the website shows that the payment is being validated whereas they have already charged my credit card for the amount of the order. This is a fraud website which may have duped many with their hard earned money. I want to raise my voice against them and seek support to get my money back. Any help in this regard shall be highly appreciated..

I placed an order too, and nothing received after a half month, so surprised to see all the comments that my money won't be back, this is a fraud website!

I never received, notification about my order 3003465

I thinks so.
The company is a fraud.

I want to my full refund.

I did not receive any mail or feedback from the web as i placed my order on 3rd Jan 2014 in Beautive, I am worried that this web is not legit. and it is not trust-worthy.

I didn't receive any cfm email since I placed an order in 4th Jan 2014 in Beautive. I begin to worry as I saw many complain.

I palced an order in Nov. 13th. 2013 in the www. Beautive.com. After placed the order, i find it is processing, at the same time, i received a macessage from bank, the order is charged. but i didnot received any email from it. I think maybe there is some problem about internet. however, so many time past, the order status is still...I contacted the service team of www. beautive.com, but I did not find any feedback! what is this!?!

I'm also facing the same problem with my Order Reference [protected] which was purchased on 25 December 2012. Till now i haven't receive the shipment and in my Account Status still shows "Processing" stage. This too much for me because till now it has taken about 14 days since from my order date and still show "Processing" status. I'm feel that i was conned by Beautive.Com. Anyone please help me hoe to get refund from them. Is it possible?
