I paid cash for my RV about 4.5 years ago. It was brand new. I had trouble with one of my wheels hitting the top of my wheel well on the 4th use. We thought we would use the tent trailer but just haven't. I brought it to you after calling the people who made the axle in Ontario and Rockwood to tell them the problem. Rockwood told me it was under warranty for 5 years and where i could take it. This was where you took over. You couldn't find where I bought it even though I brought the information I got in finance when I took delivery of the vehicle from Beaumont RV Center. So you did nothing. I don't care if you sloughed off the money or whatever you did I expect service when something I buy something that is in warranty. So after 3 months you stapled a piece of plastic to the underside of the wheel well. Quality work!!! When I said something, and yes I had the bill of sale for the trailer, and complained about the poor workmanship you kept the vehicle and replaced the shroud in the wheel well and glued and stapled the slide out and the wheel well together. About 5 minutes ago i finished repairing My Rockwood Premier tent trailer. I removed all of the staples and the black caulk from the underbelly of the pull-out.
