Beach Ready LLC keep sending product even when i Wrote them to stop. Keep charging my credit card

I have been receiving products even after I wrote and told them to discontinue after the original shipment. They still keep charging my credit with these unwanted products. I would like this to stop and be reimbursed for the charges after the original shipment. These products do not work have my doctor has recommended me not to use them thus I would like to be reimbursed

Beach Ready LLC Unauthorized charges and products they keep shipping

This Company is a total rip-off. I never ordered this product from them they, piggy backed off a website that I did use. They never provide a telephone number and I can not find the correct website for them. They keep sending products and keep charging my account. TOTAL RIP-OFF!

I called the number above and I got an actual nice person and he canceled my account and sent me a cancellation email. He said that they have relationships with some companies and when you shop online it is in the small print even if you are not at their website. This has to be true becuase I never knowingly ordered the product. In any case, call the number and I think they can help you.

i had same problem, i googled the name of the company. Beach Ready LLC. the # is [protected]. talk to a REAL person. Supposedly I 'agreed to the terms and conditions' don't know how, it was piggybacked from another company. The company now knows what I really think about them, and the lady know how i feel about her working for a company that can take advantage of people like that! Calling bank tomorrow, thanks for advice, LostInTranslation!

Beach Ready LLC unauthorized payments, not able to cancel

I have tried several times to cancel this product that did not work for me. I have returned the pills with a letter inside the package advising I wanted to cancel this service at once. I keep getting the pills sent to me and I keep returning it. They've still been taking the money out of my account, even after I have retuned the product. I have tried to get ahold of someone to get this all straighten out but was unable to talk with anyone.

Husband ordered this pet joint stuff which was suppose to be a trial bottle for $4.95 or something like that. Next thing I know is, my account was billed for $69.95 with an auto ship. I called the [protected] and went thru SEVERAL adversitments and still did not speak with a person to cancel. It is our option to continue with an auto shipment, not the company. The order was suppose to be for a trial bottle and that is not what was received. The 2nd shipment was received and opened so I could not return it. I will return the next shipment and I will call any and all numbers listed to stop this. $70 a month is not acceptable for the product ordered.

I am getting a Pet Joint product I never ordered and don't want, returned it. Today received another box today. I can not get through by phone saying number not assigned yet!. I can not afford these charges coming up on my credit card as I am on Disability and soon to have knee replacement surgery.
Can't find email address or info to stop this fraud.

Beach Ready LLC colon cleanse

I received 2 bottles of colon cleanse from beach ready llc. They charged my debit card for $88.55 and it is listed as IPIOFIN*GREEN TEA . I never opened the bottles and after 10 days of receiving the product, I was diagnosed with an irreversible liver disease. My physician will not let me take any thing besides the medication he has put me on. I feel like I have been taken advantage of, because even though I never knew this was listed as green tea, I have been charged $88.55 from my bank acct. I have tried to call the 877 number listed on their website and just get put on hold indefinitely. I want this amt removed from my acct. I have sent the product back unopened, but how do I know if the charges will be removed from my account. If anyone knows who I can contact about this, please let me know. This is very unfair to someone who has a disease.

I ordered a sample of the green coffee and colo thin which is a colon cleanser to assist with weight loss. These two samples cost less than 10.00 after about 1 week a had a charge for $69.00 on my credit card. I contacted them from my credit card statement at [protected] or [protected]. They said I needed to send back the product within 2 weeks from the time I ordered it to save these big charges! What a low down scamming LLC outfit! Hopefully the numbers I provided will help others get their money back! Beware!

I was also scammed by ordering green coffee and colo cleanse! I thought I bought 2 trial bottles and was charged around 5 dollars each! Then less than 10 days later a charge on my credit card for 69.00. I didn't know the company was beach ready! They make information very unclear so they can rip off many people! I'm not sure why they are still getting away with stealing and not in jail where criminals belong! The number is [protected] or [protected]. I put it on my credit card and had company on 3 way call to fight with them. Refund is pending! Beach Ready told the credit card agent that I had to have it back to them less than 14 days after I ordered it! So after having it about 1 day I needed to mail it back or I would be charged! If beach ready is the name of the company that should be on the bottles also! Lesson learned! Stay away from Beach Ready LLC.

I also have received many bottle of weight loss and colon cleanser & rejuvenex that I have not order If you do not stop sending my your products and putting in on my charge card I will contact my Lawyer. I order 1 bottle weight loss and 1 bottle of the colon cleanser one 1 trial of the rejuvenex . I now have 3 of each. your anti-aging doesn't do anything for me. The colon cleanser and weight loss I order for my Daughter in law and she said it did NOTHING for her. Please stop sending your products to me . My order number is LGQ8159459 and LGQ8161700. I would rather have wrinkles and have my Daughter in law over weight and a unclean colon deal with product's that do work and were NOT order. Please DO NOT SENT ANYMORE OF YOU PRODUCTS TO ME! The day after I placed my order I recieved 6 phone calls from them trying to sell me other stuff at this time I cancled the order. They charged my account for the past 2 mo.s At this time they still have not given me my money back way over $300. I have made countless phone calls they even when so far as to tell me I didnT have an account with them then turned around and took more money out of my account. I'm going to my bank to see what they can do.

I would caltion anyone to not order anything from this company. They will rip you off.

I too have fallen prey to this scam. I did not order this product. I told my credit card company but they said since I received another shipment they could not take the expense off. I am going to try to send them back but its hard to figure out exactly where to send them. After reading all of the previousl complaints I am very discouraged and only hope this will end!

I have also been receiving bottles that I did not order. This scam must stop! There is never an invoice, address or phone number only the address on the envelope which is Beach Ready, LLC which has numerous complaints also. I agree with all above and the government, better business should find these scam artists and prosecute. This is not fair.

I wanted to try the ColoThin. I did and it didn'tt work for me. I have tried for three months to get in touch by phone. I get a recording saying they aren't accepting calls at this time and now, be darned if they haven't moved to another state and the number isn't working. I am going to call Visa and see if they can block the charges..I am so frustrated..

Beach Ready LLC unauthorized charges

I have also been receiving an automatic delivery and charges from Beach Ready LLC. I only wanted the sample and paid for shipping. They continue to send me the product and charge me. I wrote to them and asked them to cancel and refund my money. What really frustrates me is that I just received another order. Something has to be done about this company.

This company sent me a face mask product I had never even heard of...then they charged me almost $90.00 on y credit card...when I called them about the charge they said I have to wait til I get the newly shipped product and then call for a return info. No paper or nothing was in the shipped box, but I will get a refund one way or another. I will also complain to theatt general of our state and have complained to the Better Business Bureau. What they are doing is againstthe law and there needs to be a stop put to them.

i received this item 7-30-09, i never even ordered this, and do not want to start getting charges on my credit card-----there has been charges from trislim, no clue as to what i am receiving...this is nothing but a scam and i will contact the attorney general.

I received a second delivery from Beach Ready, LLC 1 Box Pet joint Relief that was NEVER ordered and now I have a second delivery! This was never ordered either. There is no phone number to contact to STOP this and have no idea how they got my credit info. How can I stop this from happening. I don't use this produce, sent first shipment back no credit, I want my money back for this scam. Don't even know how they got my address to ship.
I am on disability and just can't afford this type of thing. Plus having knee replacement surgery soon, can anyone help stop this?

Received Levela on 08-04-2013 from a company called Beach Ready LLC. I never ordered this and don't even know how they got my address. I don't know if they were able to get my charge account # but I have a feeling that this is not just a "Free Sample", and they got my charge # from somewhere. I don't have their phone # as it wasn't on their invoice so I can't even call them.

I too have had this same scam, it's so disapointing not to be able to trust anyone these days. I have cancelled my card with the bank and started an appeal but do not expect much, wouldn't be so bad but the pills do not work either. I am writing Coffee PureCleanse green coffe bean and ColoThin in this post so that other purchases can be warned when they goggle

As everyone else, this is a mess. What a terrible company. I try the number and no one ever answers. I too will have to cancel my card. There should be some organization we can make a formal complaint to, the better business bureau, or some one.

I have to agree this outfit is a scam. I read a free trial offer for their Extend Dog Supplement very carefully, because I look for the catch on free trials that will result in my being auto shipped and billed for product I don't want. Normally there is clearly a trial period stated on such offers instructing you to cancel before the end of the trial period to prevent auto ship/auto charge. There was no such warning. I did find all that once I clicked on the teeny tiny 'terms and conditions' link on the bottom of the free trial page. That was after I got hit with additional charges.

It is a well known fact that most folks don't plod through the legalese found under most 'terms and conditions' and will just auto accept them. I believe this group deliberately utilized that knowledge of common customer behavior to be deliberately deceptive. They buried a short, 14 day trial period under the t &c, and if you didn't cancel by then, you were charged full price for what was supposedly a free offer with $4.95 charge for shipping. In my case, that resulted in then being charged an additional $69.95.

Technically, to dispute the claim is useless, because, technically, I agreed to the t & c. Clever, legally leaves them in the clear and able to deny the dispute and return the money. I was told, of course, if I returned the unused portion of the product, I would then get a full refund, but if I disputed the charge, no refund (makes sense, can't expect money back twice). But I was also told they had to get the product back before issuing a refund. Received an email saying I'm cancelled. Then one with instructions on returning product. Next, one said they were going to go ahead and process my refund and just trust I would send the product back, but it could take 10 days for the money to be put back into my account.

We will see if that ever happens. Meanwhile, I have to go through the inconvenience and expense to repackage the product and pay to ship it back. My refund better show up in the full amount of 69.95 and I better really be cancelled. I'm unconvinced the legal loophole they think they have is as big as they believe it to be. This is unethical, deceptive marketing. The sad thing is, if this supplement had actually helped my dog, I would have been a regular customer. Now I will never do business with this group again.

Deb Stormes, I just got off the phone with customer service, she said she would do a full refund (after I argued with her) and all I have to do is return the unused portion of the product. I also bought the free trial of the Extend Joint Care formula. She sent me 3 emails too. So, I'm hoping this is legit. I've been all over the web researching this company and man are they scam artists! Their website says NOTHING about joining a auto shipment program. Supposedly it is written in fine print nestled in the "terms of use" 600 page document that you agree to to submit your order. Cust service rep asked me if I checked the box and agreed to their terms. I asked her if I had to check the box to submit my order? She said, yes, you do. I said...CLEARLY I checked the box then because I got the supplements. But nowhere on the website was that stated before you ordered. Who the hell reads all those terms anyhow? It's like stereo instructions. Buyer Beware, I'm angry because before I decided to order I looked all over for some crap that I didn't want to be involved in. I didn't see it and I got jacked!

I found Cancel Wizard online and found different phone numbers for Beach Ready, LLC. [protected] answered as Customer Service. They took my request to cancel my PET Joint Relief for dogs, then offered the product at 50% reduction in cost if I maintained the subscription. My dog is on his last leg, age wise, so I declined. They told me my account was cancelled and we parted wishing each other a nice day.
I will watch my credit bill to see if charges stop. Will post again if problems arise.

I also have been screwed by this "company". I was looking for information on how to contact them to stop sending me there crap. I didn't realize how hard it was going to be. It makes me feel better to know there is others like me out there. Sorry about that. Thanks for the good information about the police dept, and "company" info. It's a good thing I have a family full of lawyers!

and MAIL to the : Lyon County Sheriffs office, Att Detective, Po Box 261, Silver Springs NV 89429

These people NEED reportss from people to prosecute the TRiSlim Scammers they know who they are so get going
