BBQ Spare Parts No idea how to stop bogus charges

I haven’t ordered from the website www.bbqspareparts.co.uk, but they started to charge me for nothing. I found their info and tried to contact them, ‘coz I was sick of their charges, but all my emails were retuned back. I have no idea how to find them and stop. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

BBQ Spare Parts Stay well clear otherwise you will be robbed

Nothing but lies you get from this company if you need spare parts i strongly advise you get them some where else. paid for items which i never received and then kept getting fobbed of with lies. They also never answer there telephones either. Stay well clear otherwise you will be robbed.

placed order, received only receipt from paypal, no order confirmation from company. Order did not arrive, sent 3 emails without reply. Two phone numbers on website, one directs to call another phone number which no one ever answers, and the other number does not exist. Managed to speak to someone once after letting phone ring for 15 mins only to be told to ring back tomorrow as lady only works Friday, and there was no system in place to check whether order has been sent. Have now contacted paypal to get money back.

Completely agree with the above complaints, done out of £40 with this lot. Completely wrong parts sent twice, got £30 back but they still owe us another £30 plus £9.10 for sending the burners back which was in no resemblance to pictures. Can't get hold of them on phone or email.

Absolutely agree. Paid £40 for replacement grills and poor imitations received that were clearly nothing like the picture on the website and serve no purpose to me. One email response received which stated that the issue would be rectified and nothing since despite repeated emails.

I am out of pocket by £40 which I can only describe as theft.

DO NOT use this website.

like other reviews, they never EVER answer the phone, their answer machine message gives a web site address for the email address ( how pathetic in this day and age not knowing the difference ) no reply after several emails, i have written to trading standards about them - honestly do not think the are a real company

I managed to get in touch with them via their website designer.
They told me they had just moved premises and were having problems fulfilling orders at that time.
If you are unable to get in touch with them, you could try Trading Standards, rather than the Police. Or try visiting them in person perhaps?

I've ordered my spare parts from them and also did not get my parcel. Can you tell me can I report it to the Police ?

I received a phone call from these guys yesterday to try and fix the issue. We're hoping to get it sorted soon. Things are looking up. :-)

Completely agree. Can't get through on the phone at all. Don't trust them!
They do not respond to letters/post either or to enquiries sent through their website.
