On the 28th of Oct 2007, I ordered and paid for an instructional dvd from Basketballpro.com. My Visa acct. was charged 79.00 for shipping and handling. Yet, I've still not received the product. I've tried calling numerous times, always leaving a detailed messege. No reply. I've e-mailed them numerous times. No reply. I've sent a letter by certified mail. Still no reply.
