The company focuses on the Senior market. Primarily the Baby Boomers. They tell you that are 12000 bBaby Boomers Retiring each Day. 1/6 is in California or 2000. 1/3 of the two Thousand live in Los Angeles or 667. Of that 667 90% are listed on the do not call registry leaving 67 that can be called. Only Half of Los Angeles is in the area serviced by the Chatsworth and North Hollywood bringing the total down to 34. Saeid Khadivian will tell you when you are given his presentation that the average salesperson in his office makes $5, 000 to $6, 000 per month. Lazy sales people make about $3000 per Month. For the month of August 2013 146 agents received commissions totalling $207, 000 or about $1467.00 per Sales Agent. Mr Khadivian lies to get people to become agents and then acts hurt when they quit because they have bills to pay. No one At Bankers earns the money he states because he has too many sales people trying to contact those 34 Baby Boomers that are turning 65. Between the Two Offices Bankers Intends to have 400 agents which will dilute the earnings potential of the agents even more. Mr. Khadivian should offering his agents tips on how to collect welfare and food stamps along with the training he provides for the Sales Force.
