It seems that as horrible that the economic picture is, there are companies that focus in on the plight of average people and are to to screw them over. This is one of the reasons that the economy is the way it is. A person takes an incredible risk applying on line for a loan, out of desparation. Then there are "idtheft" scams and companies such as this one that come along and steal the last few dollars people have. The problem is people that love screwing each other people over during especially crappy times, without remorse. No wonder crime goes up when times are ugly. You have to be an "expert" to know that people in desparate times do desparate things to keep from being evicted or losing everything they own.
