once again you have been using my account for unauthorised deuctions I would like all money to be refunded and my bank has contacted the police and you company will be investigated.

I am having problems also .. since Sept 2009 my credit card has been having charges and I have no idea what this is for. I have been in contact regularly with my credit card company and still charges are continuing. I want to file with the BBB but I do not know what company or have any information to file a complaint. I am up to $173.59 of charges that I have NO idea where they are coming from ... I finally typed in the Elite Pak in google and this is where I ended up .. can someone please help me with this???
