Misleading Product Information
I was looking for a specific product from a specific manufacture. They are using that manufactures pictures so I figured they were a dealer. I was wrong. They sell a cheap knockoff that has a completely different style of hammering on the iron baluster.
They are using misleading pictures from a higher quality brand, and then you find out they sell a cheap knockoff? BAIT AND SWITCH!?
I was looking for a specific brand of iron balusters, and I thought I found them for sale on balusters 2 go's website. They use the same pictures that belong to the manufacturer, but come to find out they sell a cheap, knockoff that has a completely different style of hammering. Why do companies lure you in with low prices and incorrect pictures.. only to have a different product. Bait and switch? Probably.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
