I have been paying monthly payments on a contract that legally should be null and void for nearly 6 months, Originally a 3 year contract for 2 people (for 2 years) ended up a 3 year contract (this was my fault for not reading and noticing the add on of a 3rd year).

I was told upon signing 2 years ago 'If I was to move 25 miles or more from one of their Bally's Clubs that I could cancel my contract, I have been paying now for nearly 2 years. The nearest Bally's is 75 miles away from the city I live. I have called, sent letters, sent registered mail ect. and get no where.
