bagittoday.com Bagittoday review: bagittoday.com bagittoday is a fraud. worst quality products 2

I placed an order on bagittoday.com on 26th Feb 2013 where there was an offer which mentioned that along with five shirts, I get a leather wallet, a belt and shoes free of cost. The whole order cost me Rs. 3198. Below is the email I received from them.

I received the items on 5th March 2013. The quality of these items were so bad that I would not even value the shirts at Rs 100 each. The wallet, belt and shoes were not made of leather and some of the shirts had thread already coming out.
I contacted their customer care and told them that I disliked the product and wanted a refund. Below is the email sent by them.

The parcel should be accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice and a covering letter mentioning the requirements so as to enable us to arrange for a replacement at the earliest.

Note – Once you dispatch the order, kindly get in touch with us after 5-6 days along with the scanned copy of the courier or proof of delivery receipt so too can keep a track on it. Kindly keep the original receipt with you

I couriered everything to them as instructed and spent an additional Rs. 360 on the courier charges. Today, i.e. 18th Mar 2013, someone called me up from bagittoday (bagittoday.com) and told me that a refund is not possible and they will send a replacement of the same products.

Bagittoday.com is a fraud company and this was not something I expected from an India Today Group company. They are just taking their customers for a ride and offering the worst quality products you can think of.
