Back2back in California gave my mom an initial quote of $3909. She lived in a small duplex. The day she was to be out of the house they arrived demanding an additional $5, 000 or they wouldn't move her. She was frazzled and paid the money. They are a terrible company. I believe they take advantage of the elderly. They boasted about free storage and then charged $800 for warehouse handling fees. Please look elsewhere - don't even get a quote - they lie. They are unwilling to negotiate and need to be removed from service. We are waiting to see how the items arrive.
