Axis Infos review: Call Centre project 1

AXIS INFOS IS NOT a trustworthy FIRM. We took a Malayalam Call Centre project – TATA DOCOMO project from AXIS INFOS during July 2014. The agreement was signed with Mr SUBINESH (proprietor) of AXIS INFOS Pleasant Nagar, 53, Thevally, Kollam 9. on 17th JULY 2014 on payment of Rs. 1 lakh as refundable deposit. The duration was 11 months i.e till 17th June 2015. The agreement states that we where supposed to collect the customers data for which Axis Infos will provide us with 1000 phone numbers per day and for each data collected Axis Infos will pay Rs.10/-. We are supposed to keep staffs for whom we will have to pay. The agreement also states that Axis Infos will pay telephone bill for 3 connections. We started the work on 11August 2014. We incurred an expense of about Rs. 32, 000/-per month which Includes staff salary, office rent, telephone and internet, electricity and misc. exp. The expense for 3 months was around Rs.90, 000 whereas I received only Rs.8, 500/- from Axis Infos,

As per the agreement Axis Infos is supposed to pay us on weekly basis, We had collected 5601 data for which we should have got Rs. 56, 000/- but we received only Rs.8, 500/-, and replies irrelevantly, he didnt give us the telephone bill also. On incurring a heavy loss we stopped the work, On Mr.Subins instruction we cancelled the agreement. He issued a POST DATED CHQUE for Rs.90, 000/- drawn on Bank of Maharastra DATED 25 JUNE 2015 Each time we present the cheque to bank it gets returned he used harsh words and asked to file a case and collect the amount, After a long argument he said he will transfer the amount to my bank account. He transferred Rs.15, 000/- Rs.15, 000/-, Rs 5000/- etc etc, but still not settled the amount .

TO CONCLUDE: IF ANY OF YOU WISH TO DEAL WITH AXIS INFOS PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT END UP LIKE ME. AXIS INFOS HAS RUINED MY CAREER, AMBITION & DREAM. WE INCURRED FINANCIAL LOSS AND MENTAL STRAIN WHICH HE CANNOT RETURN BACK. SO BE CAREFUL WHILE DEALING WITH MR SUBINESH AXIS INFOS THEVALLY, KOLLAM.
