Keith Thomas was to have cut down dead trees in our yard, ground down stumps, and returned with mulch. He was 2 weeks late in removing the trees and then asked for the entire payment. Once the checkes were cashed, he did not return our calls or to our home. The stumps have not been taken care of and the mulch that we paid for has not been delivered. He made a verbal contract with us wich he is in breach of. He has also taken the money and not provided service for the money. This has one on for over a month. He has told us repeatedly that he is on his way to our home to complete the job, but then does not show up and leaves us sitting around waiting on him.
