These guys have several different websites, and are different online auction companies. They charged me $400+ dollars on items I did not bid on, then I called to check on what was going on and proceeded to get yelled and cursed at by a surpervisor. There is a reason this company says AS IS, because all of there stuff is junk, broken, and not a described or as pictured! Please WATCH OUT! They ship your items just as pictured, with no professional packaging or handling, so by the time your item arrives, it is a total pile of junk! Their shipping charges are CRAZY! I ordered three playstation items and that weighted maybe 10 lbs. and was charged $75 and the total for the items was $35, this is where the really get you is shipping! Please stay away from these guys, many have had BIG problems with these crooks!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They falsify what the product is or the condition. They use the staff opinion to state it's condition... Which could be almost whatever they want. They are swindlers.. I'm gonna seek legal action as well as have my friends from the IRS open there books. They can threaten all they want! I love a good war.

FIRST THEY PUT HOLD ON YOUR CHECKING OR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AS SOON AS YOU SIGHN UP.
EVEN IF YOU DONT BID ON ANY ITEM THEY PUT A PIECE OF JUNK UNDER YOUR NAME AS IF YOU BID ON THAT ITEM.
IF YOU CLAME OTHERWISE IT DON'T MATTER THEY WILL TAKE THE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT PLUS SHIPPING AND HANDELING THAT YOU HAVE AGREED WHEN YOU SIGHN UP.
WHERE ARE THE LAWYERS WHY CAN'T A LAWYER DO A CLASS ACTION SUIT ?
WHERE IS THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO PROTECT CONSUMERS ?

Robbed me of thousands when they sent faulty items and different items which I bought, owner threatened me, they should be banned from business
Viewing is the ticket. Its a loczls only game. There are poeople that strip out the inside and have this company sell it for rhem. Got a water station but the computer inside was taken. It was junk.
You just have to be careful. If you where smart you would go on the viewing days and look at the items you want to buy so you know what you are buying. Anyone who buys stuff without looking at it first is unwise. I have purchased a lot of really good items here. The only time I was burnt was when I did not go look and that was my fault because they fully disclose that it would be in the buyers best interest to go to the viewing first. Anytime I have bought something I did not think was a fare purchase they reimburse me with no problems. So stop hating
