On my last credit card statement, I have a charge of $49.99 from DRI Avast Software and I did not ordered anything. I want you to reimburse me as you have charge this without my consent. Avast Software dri avast software for $49.99

This amount of $49.99 was charged to me and I did not authorized you to do this charge. It said this was on order id [protected].. I expect this charge to be taken off of my bank account.. In the future, your company should contact me by phone, and ask me if I wany this virus protection.. So i'm expecting this amount to be canceled. Thank you, judith sims

Avast Software avast antivirus money taken.

I paid £59.94 to Avast on 15/02/2017 and this product has never worked. I rang the Avast technical department who through a company called guruaid.uk.com, at first I thought they were being very helpful, the tried remotely to fix the problem (I now feel very uncomfortable that they have been into my computer) they told me the problem was to do with the registry keys and they could fix the problem if I paid £149.99 for a years tech support service, as my computer needed cleaning up etc. I think this could be a scam, when I refused to pay and said I wanted a full refund of the original £59.94 this was after 90 mins they finally gave me a number for the billing department, which you guessed it didn't connect. I have rang several numbers today and finally got through to someone called Justin who said I would get a full refund as I was still in the 60 day money back peroid if not satisfied. He gave me another number to call within the hour to make sure the refund was actioned, which I called and after a recorded message the line disconnects. Two things, how I am going to get my money back and have they taken any info from my PC. I have spent 4 hours today trying to sort this out. I am usually very aware of scams and as I made the call I didn't think there could be anything wrong but now because no one at Avast will help me I have my doubts. I have for the tine being shut my laptop down and I am using my iPad. Hopefully you can help. Thank you

Avast Software - dri avast software unauthorised charge on credit card

Until now have been unable to locate a site to complain re above. On 16.10.2016 my HSBC credit card was debited with £Sterling 29.99 and paid on 18.10.16. To my knowlege I received no advice about this charge and do not know what it covers. I would like this matter investigated and refunded to my account ensuring this does not happen again. Avast Software overcharged me

As you can see I paid for a new service from you, and this morning I received an email saying I was renewed, why and charged 49.99. I work to hard to be over charged for the same thing, I would like my 49.99 back. I am advising my bank of the overcharging you have done! Alos that you all are he hardest people to get help from. I was given phone numbers that no longer exist, in all I have called 4 different numbers and no one wants to help me! I have also enclosed the confirmation of the new charge from you as well as the one I did!

Avast Software avast internet security

I purchased an avast subscription for my pc. My pc hasn't been working for a while so I wanted to transfer it to my iPad. I couldn't work out how to do this so I tried to find a customer support number to speak to someone. The number I found was unobtainable. I finally got through to someone who said they were not the right department but would get somebody to call me back within the hour. No one called me and I rang the (wrong) number again. They said they could help me but would charge me and the charge would be quite high. Obviously I wasn't happy with this so I went on line to try and resolve my problem that way. A message came up "You have been banned" ! What do I do now? I'm paying for a service that I'm not receiving. This occurred today, 10 February 2017.

Avast Software money deduction

Sir,
Money is deducted from my account while buying online antivirus but antivirus key is not given.
7 days passed since money deduction but i have not received my money back. Money deducted on 10.01.2017.
pl help to recover the money. tried a lot to contact avast but not received any response till now.

Avast Software qptimizer software

1/12/2017 purchased a software program to optimize my computer for 29.88 with 30 day money back guarantee. I used the service once and it was not anything like what I thought I was purchasing; so I attempted to get my money back. Since then when I could get a phone line to answer they would push me to another line which would give me a online website that didn't exist etc. So you see I started out by simply requesting my money back and now you have me angry. I don't know where we put the order number but I'm sure you can find the product with my email [protected]@gmail.com or phone number of [protected]. It was taken off my debit card yesterday. Now I started out just wanting to be civil but if you want to scam me I will make sure I get my 29.00 worth... Another happy customer---Narvis Thompson

Avast Software anti virus program upgrade

On September I purchased this software on my Capital One Credit card. I thought it had downloaded and I had protection since it did come up on my screen as Avast and kept telling me I was Protected! I did not realize it was still on Free Virus program since I paid for the UPGRADE and it appeared on my Capital one bill in October. I am a senior citizen and not very savvy when it comes to computers so to my dismay it was not downloaded as they said it was. I just only found that out today when I got a virus and was told I did not have the protection? I was trying to reach them to ask them why they had charged me a total of $35.88 on my October bill and did not download it as it said it had done!? as I said, I am not very computer savvy but I know a download when I see one and was sure it had done so? Can I contact them or get my money refunded so I can get a different virus program installed. Bad enough I had to get a computer fella to come out and fix the computer but he said I need to get a new virus program installed? What can I do? can I reach them. this is phone # that was on my bill

I was charged 69, 99 usd on my rbc master card for avast and I don't even use it, I would like to get a refund for this amount.

Avast Software unauthorised credit card charges

Avast - on sunday 11/12/2016 i noticed a credit card charge on one of my accounts for an amount of $49.99. This is an aunauthorised and illegal charge. You are required to return the amount of $49.99 to the account from which it came within 72 hours to avoid further action. I do not own any avast products nor do i want any in the future.
The refund of this amount must be processed upon receipt of this complaint.

Avast Software avast internet security

I was billed twice for an avast internet security product both within a few months of each other, and I also do not have it activated or downloaded on my computer.

I was billed $49.99 on 29 september 2016 via digital river ireland, ltd via paypal for (as shown on paypal activity statement) dri*avast software transaction id33e915868y5152933, invoice id35150114400.
My current avast security was deleted or disabled before that time by an it technician due to a virus fix, and I was trying to enable it again, but avast had charged me for the same product that was paid for before.

Second incident, I was charged my annual charge for the same product on 17 november 2016 of $69.99 via digital river ireland, ltd via paypal for (As shown on paypal statement) dri*avast software - transaction id6mj15811h5537745y, invoice id: [protected].

I already have avg security (Product of avast) which is currently active, whereby avast product is not active on my computer. I have copies of both these transactions on paypal activity statements, but cannot scan them into my computer's hardrive, but am able to fax them to you if needed. Your help would be much appreciated, as I cannot get in touch with avast to obtain a refund and discuss this matter. Have tried on their website - contact for complaints is not easy to find. Thank you.

I tried installing avast antivirus and using it. It worked to remove two viruses but started to overwhelm my computer and slowed it down to a crawl!I tried removing it.This was the free version. I did not want Yahoo as my default search engine . Now it won't go away or change back ! Apparently it hijacks your browser so beware!I hope that Avast see's this and just remember that I voted for President Trump because of bullcrap like this along with other reasons. If this is what the free version does then what do think could happen if you pay for a subscription. There were times when I had to reinstall the O.S. so beware ...try another first.

Cette sommes a était retirer le 14/11/2016 sans mon accord.
Je demande a ce qui soit mit en place le remboursement immédiat de cette sommes (39.90 euro) et conte contacter ma banque pour le signaler j'espère avoir des retour de votre part merci.

Avast Software avast free antivirus

I have been thinking about upgraded the software so I upgraded each time you told us about to upgrade for the free program. Well I have had nothing but issues. When I upgrade it does not ask you to restarted your computer etc, it just give you are hard time and it takes 15 minutes or more to make it work. I still do not know how I make it work when it says it is not connected. It has never told me what to do to it to work. I am in the middle of a face book chat and all of a sudden I tell me avast is not responding and It freezes everything for 2 to 4 seconds and goes back to normal. It is driving me crazy. I had to spend $@79.95 Canada to have someone tell me it is vast soft ware. I realize it is free but I tried it before I pay. At this point the money I would have paid you I paid to a computer etc. Your Vast SafeZone is worse. It will not let many programs open because it does not think they are safe. Today it would not open Internet exployer because of something about the ads on the yahoo web page. Please at this point Your response to this complaint will tell me if I will find a new program for my programs. It will also help me decided if I will let face book friends to pass the word. I have been trying to work with your soft ware for 6 months and I do not know what else to do. It is in your hands now. Please tell me how to have faith in your program
