2016 january my commission amount is 1000 usd is not paying for me...
Donot believe this company... Avafx manager abdulrauf yousef is a cheating person.. I am request many times but not pay the amout...

You need to agree with me that every business want to be profitable, so deal must be changed
If you believe that you can increase spreads, so we can keep the deal but hold the payment until we see the spreads, at least at least 20 lots per account, then we can release the commission.

Please let me know whether you want your commission to be on hold, or to have new revenue sharing deal

I have Registered an account with merchandiser name AVAFX, and they agreed to appoint me an account management under their responsibility to do currency trade on line in there trade platform in behalf of me by taking commission with having access to my password and username.

Also the offer me good profit in very short term on month of AUGUST/2016,

Therefore in recent weeks, I found out my whole investment was in risk by them, I requested them many times, please stop trading and refund my investment, .but unfortunately nobody was welling, only by keeping me waiting with hopes ..even I try to change the password and user name, no options was available .

Also today I found out on line, they have closed all open position currencies and keeping balance of 150 US dollar in my account from 7250 US dollar total investment.

Please I request your team to help me in to this issue ..

I was trading forex on 29th Oct. 2008 and Avafx stole from my trading account just over $200 by sending me a wrong margin call and liquidating all my open positions.

The trade had gone against me that evening.My used margin was $225.My usable margin had gone down to -$130's and my equity had also downed to $50's.And that was the lowest did my trades reach.If the trade had continued downward till my usable margin had reached -$210, i would have deserved a margin call, but it did not.

There was a rebound and the trade turned suddenly in my favour.My equity rose from $50 to about $221, and my usable margin went up to -$3.71.I was smiling when at that point, a margin call came and all my open positions were liquidated and I lost my equity of over $200.

The margin call which I received was wrong because my equity of over $200 was enough to maintain my open positions and if ever i was to receive a margin call, it should have come when my trades were really bad at-$130's for usable margin and $50's for equity but not when the trade was favoring me and the figures had improved tremendously.

I have reported this matter to Avafx but they insist that it was a margin call issue but they cannot support their assertion with any figures.They are actually thieves and i want you to assist me to get my money back.
