My son bought a set of rallyart eyelids for his car from AUTOCITYIMPORTS.COM . One of the eyelids did not fir properly. It could not be modified enough to make it fit without completely destroying the eyelid. My son, and then I, contacted Joe at AUTOCITYIMPORTS.COM. Joe asked for pictures. We sent him pictures. JOe didnt like the quality of the pictures so we used a 12 megapixel camera to take new pictures with a description of where the problem was. Joe still didnt like it. SO we did it again with more instruction of the issue. It was very easy to see the problem. Joe still insisted the quality of the picture was not good enough. I dont know how much better he wanted, short of a live video.
Joe obvisouly was not going to send us a replacement eyelid like we asked. He stonewalled us at every turn. He said we could return the eyelid for a full refund minus shipping and we had to pay for the shipping to send it back. So basically I would pay for the eyelid twice. That was not acceptable to me.
SO we have decided to go somewhere else with our business and eat the $90 we spent with AUTOCITYIMPORTS.COM
I would never do business with them. They do not stand behind their products like the advertise.

They are the worst, I FN hate these guys. First I get an email saying that
my order has been processed then a week later I get an email saying that it has
been shipped and that an email with tracking info would be sent within 48 hours
which never happen. Then I call for tracking info only to find that they never
went through with the order lol these fn guys.
And that lady up top complaining about eyelids just needs to realize that only her son is gay enough to put that on his car. Like omg I spent 90 dollar for eyelids on my POS car. Tell him to grow some balls and stop being a homo. he probably cried about not getting his eyelids that increased his HP +10. Haha

They are a horrible company, it is one of those "shopping" sites that is ran by 1-2 persons and just forwards the orders to different companies. It is a simple wordpress or joomla website made by an amateur. I ordered some eyelids for my eclipse and it took 6 weeks to arrive! when u first order it doesnt say on the site that they "may" have to make the eyelids. After i ordered, it said it will take 3-4 weeks to arrive, so i waited, but after week 4, it still wasnt here! So i called and some guy said he was the owner and it will be shipped this week but it never came until week 6! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WEBSITE.
I had ordered a CBD carbon fiber hood $804.00 for my lancer gts and it was suppose to be at my door they said in 3 weeks I waited and I called on week 4 asking what was going on they just told me they were behind and it'll be shipped out on that Friday so I was like ok that's cool just wondering. I called after week 5 asking again what the deal was and they said it still wasn't in at this point I was getting frustrated and said well ill give it 3 more weeks he said it'll def be there I'm on week 9 and still have not received anything they told me one more week for sure ill give it a week if not ill ask for a refund if they refuse ill just have it disputed and its on them and ill make sure I let people know their service is terrible.
