I bought some car parts from the company Auto-EQ.ca. I paid for used parts and hoped to receive something useful, but the agent was in useless. He replied to all my emails, and suddenly he stopped to respond. After that I never heard from him, and I already cancelled the order. But all these parts arrived and I have no idea what to do with them. Please, post your comments and share your views about this company.
I was very concerned after reading this review but their prices was great and i couldn't find it anywhere else so i took a risk. So I phone them and placed my order, they also gave me a good discount! Anyways... everything went smoothly for me. I got the product within one week. Thanks for the reviews tho. Cannot ever be too careful.
Following on from my bad experience with this company. I wrote to the CEO of Weathertech ( contact info double checked ) and after 2 months have not received a reply. I would summarize this company & its products, that if your order is satisfactory on delivery, all is well, but if not, tough, take a walk ! Therefore I certainly won't buy from them again & I would advise anybody else who is adverse to gambling not to either !
i already bought a couple accessories from them since 2011 but i havent got into any bad experience throughout the years. im surprised to see such bad reviews as they shipped my orders out fast every time and provide excellent customer service every time i messaged them. Already recommeded to a couple friends and they got no problem at all... very happy customers here...
This company is a sham ! Do not deal with them. I have purchased an incomplete Weathertech Stone/ Bug Deflector from them & cannot get any response via e mail/ phone, to add insult to injury Weathertech won't help me either. Both off my future purchase lists !
