needed a replacement computer for my truck as it was converted to stick from auto told them the run down gave the vin all the numbers they asked for they said no problem they had one on hand but had to buy the injector drive as well for $984 they sent it right out, didnt work all my lights came on no tach no temp and glow plug lights stayed on, sent it back another was sent (looked the like exact same one) and did the same thing the second time we sent it back no contact from them at all when we called them they said they would not be sending another one but would be sending a refund I thought no problem days went by nothing called again the said they sent it the day before but are only refunding me 684 and charging me 300 for a restocking fee...on 2 units that they said would work and didnt and are clearly not in working order I got a I left a message for my manager and have had no response for over a week. We have gotten the bank involved this place is a SCAM

I purchased a PCM from Auto Module Source over a month ago. The item did not fix the problem in my car and I called to ask if it could be returned. I was told that the return was being started within 14 days so they would not charge a restock fee. I sent the pcm back and provided full shipping information. I checked back later after the item was delivered only to find that they had charged a restock fee. I called in and was told that they had made a mistake that they would refund the restock fee. I waited another week and called again only to be told I needed to speak to a manager. The manager discussed it with me and then said again that they would send the issue to billing and I would be refunded. I waited another week and called again and then this morning was told they are not going to refund the restocking fee despite telling me twice that they would. It is not the money that bothers me so much as being lied to twice by two different departments. At best its bad customer service and not knowing what to tell a customer, at worst its lying to a customer and fraud. I simply want what they told me they would do in the first place which was to refund all my money including the restocking fee.

I sent in an ECU for remanufacturing ($299 plus overnight return shipping) and of course mine was "unrepairable" so it would be an additional $200 dollars for one from stock. They promised immediate shipment... that never happened. Initially, when you could get through to them, they would give you an appology and then make another promise that never happend! After a week of this, they just stopped responding alltogether and you can't reach them at all. To make matters worse, they have the original ECU and my wife's truck is dead-in-the-water.

This company is a division of AutoLogix Technologies, LLC (same Address) and has the BBB mark on their website, but I found out that they are NOT endorsed by the BBB and actually have a rating of "F". )I wished I had checked this out before.) We are out $537 dollars, our original ECU, and have a dead truck... STAY AWAY FROM THESE JERKS!

PS - Right after the initial charge of $337 on my C.C., our card was compromised and we had to cancel it. I've never had this problem before. I can't prove that it was them, but now I find it highly suspicious.
