Ats got me for $4700! I live in Birmingham Alabama and i was advised that a needed a lawyer in california to take legal action. If anyone in California that knows a good lawyer whose services i can retain please email me at henderson5404@att.net. i want ne money back but also the pain suffering they caused ne with rhe IRS. Can a class acrion lawsuit be filed against them? If so, i would love to be apart of. I believe they have changed there name to 911 tax relief, i sure dont want else ro go thru what i went thru by hiring these crooks. I was assigned several different case rep Amber, peter, charles and they did nothing! Want answer your calls, take money go out of business change there name and on to the next unsuspecting victim! I won a small claim for my $3900 they stole. I was surprised anyone showed up in court. Now I have to execute the judgement. It's a lot of work but file the small claim and you'll win as long as you have your paperwork. I need to find out where they bank so I can levy their accounts. Anyone have any ideas?

Can we start a class action lawsuit against this company? I believe this is the same company 911 tax relief... I wasted $6800 for a dismal service.

My son hired this company almost four years ago they took $12, 500 from him and promised to get his taxes to go away, where he wouldn"t owe very much .This company has changed their name several times they want answer the phone, they want return my calls, I have the power of attorney for my son and they said that his case has been closed and they havent done not one thing for him they just took his money and ran we all need to file charges on this company and the lousy employees that work for them all those people are loosers, they must not be able to get a real job so they will just scam people out of their hard earned money Im 70 years old and I dont need this I post everything I can find about them on my facebook timeline warning people about them I need to get my sons money back so I can pay some of his taxes and yes we need to call radio stations and get the word out about them.Im in contact with the IRS and will report these low lives to them.Also my attorney has been informed about them. People dont give up we need to rid this world of RATs like them,

I hire Authority because they promise the can reduce my tax debt but not only they didn't return my phone call or e-mails now I have a bigger debt. This company is a scam please don't do any business with them.

Let's all get a class action law suit against them they took 3800 from me and have done Nothing can't even find them anymore we should go after knx1070 radio also for put there commercial on the radio false advertising

I have also been lied to and received nothing for my thousands of dollars they withdrew from my bank account. Numerous calls to them and have been able to talk to no one. I will gladly be apart of a lawsuit against them. I will contact Officer Burrows on Monday, March 30th. as I am not at home. Thank you so much for the information.

Authority Tax Service also taken $6, 000.00 from me and did nothing but lied to me. We really need to file a class action suit.

I also agree with all previous complaints. I've paid $6, 500.00 to ATS since March of this year and absolutely anything had been done from them on my behalf. I sent them all the documents they requested including taxes, IRS letters and levy notifications on my house, but no respond either from them or the IRS. Trying to contact them or to speak with anyone who may offer some help had been nearly impossible. I agree that we all should file a class action law suit against them and have them return to us all the money we paid them plus interests, etc. Not only that, they should be put out of business once and for all so no one else have to go thru this nightmare!
Please do not hesitate to contact me to join a class action suit.

Authority Tax needs to be Investigated. My case has been with ATS since April and I honestly don't know what services have been rendered for the $3, 200 they received! I have tried to reach my "team" (or anyone) in that office for the last 3 months, left numerous messages, sent emails...and not a single call or email has been returned. That's an interesting approach to customer service!
I filed a complaint with the BBB and intend to pursue recourse. This company has taken advantage of many people. I certainly did NOT have $3, 200 to throw away while trying to live on Disability! Appalling, however I wouldn't be surprised to see a class action brought against them in the near future,

I signed up for services with Authority Tax Services last year (2013) in November and was very pleased in the beginning to have my issues "worked on" for BOTH state and federal. Since signing up, that pleasure has dwindled away each month.
I have had to pay $500 a month (not an easy expense for those of us who have other responsibilities) incluiding some money upfront to obtain the "services" of ATS. Since my sign-up, I've been contacted by NUMEROUS individuals stating they are my case manager and this and that. I have had to give them quite a few documents in regards to power of attorney and things of that sort. There was initially fluent correspondence between ATS and myself, but as of August 21, 2014 they have ceased. In late July, my account was levied and I became EXTREMELY disgruntled. I called ATS and spoke to a 'Brian Boozer' who told me he was my new point of contact for any issues going forward. I was forced into relinquishing an additional $1000 for the levy to be removed from my bank account for services that I had already obtained from day one! I had to agree to the fee in order to have them retrieve my money from the IRS. I was in the middle of North Dakota and was heading back home to Colorado the following week. It was a catch 22. Once the money was put back into my account (6 days later), ATS took the $1000 and I still had to pay the $500 fee for the "services" of that month. Mr. Boozer told me that if I had any more questions or concerns, to contact him directly. Since then, ATS has attempted to contact me ONCE (August 21) via phone and email. I replied to the email to ask what the call was pertaining to and NEVER recieved a response. I called twice to the "direct line" and emailed twice to the new "case manager" 'Peter'.
It's now September 12, 2014 and guess what...the IRS levied my account AGAIN! Just today, I recieved a notification on my phone from my bank informing me that my account had been levied. I immediately TRY to contact ATS and all i can speak with is an operator. There is no urgency on their behalf in regards to my money. I've been waiting an hour now to speak with someone who is the superior to these so-called 'case managers'. This SHOULD NOT be happening again! If I've had their 'services' for over 10 months, why haven't any settlement agreements been offered to me? Why has my account been levied for a second time now? What EXACTLY has been done except for me being taken for my HARD EARNED money? Don't worry, I'll wait [for an answer to that question]. Next month I'm due to pay the last $500 installment to ATS and what all has been resolved? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
Seems like a ploy to obtain consumers and allow their cases to be forgotten about and scam them for more money in order to fix the mess that THEY (ATS) create. Had I known then, what I know now, I would have NEVER gone this route...to be scammed for more money than what I already owe.

I agree with all the complaints on this site. I paid Authority Tax Services, Inc. 3, 800.00 and decided to not use their services they are now not returning my money. They do not return your phone calls. I am filing a small claims lawsuit but I do believe if we all get together it should be a class action suit for all the wrong this company is doing to honest people just trying straightening out their tax issues. They are thieves!

They ggt paid in full didn't help in any way except increasing my wifes debt she ended up having to resolve her tax issue on her own they didn't answer or return calls regularly left her in a hopeless situation horrible ineffective nonservice . KW warren mi
