On 5/17/2013, I ordered a SAMPLE skin care product (I thought it was SAMPLE) from AuraVie. I reviewed the ordering details closely in the beginning and did not see any WARNING to return the product (UNOPENED) within 10 days. Without permission, the company begin to charge my credit card in the amount of $97.88. I had not idea with this charge was for. I had the bank to check into this action and they provided me with the companies phone to cancel this product. The companies policy is misleading. Cancelation policies should be written upfront in this type of situation. What can be done about companies that charge your bank account without notifying the customer?

Holy Crap.. I just received a package along with a receipt where they have charged my credit card for $97.88. I am at a loss, I have no clue what to do. Please any advice anyone may have for me would greatly be appreciated.
To Pearl Stinson, on my receipt the phone number is [protected] I hope you get somewhere with it.
Also on my receipt it has " Auravie Monthly recurring " .. I will do what ever I have to, to keep this from happening on a monthly basis.
This is nothing but a SCAM!

I am so disappointed and upset. I sent my product back Unopened, Had to call for an MRA#..They took 97.66 out of my account..I read the packing slip and they was nothing as a a reminder of anything to make sure you know they is a charge..The phone number on the packing slip was very small ...I called and they said they got the package and give them time, It has been a month now and I didn't get my credit back . I am so upset cause when I call now, they ask to enter the phone number I used when I ordered, I enter my number and then get cut off..I tried 5 times. No person to talk to. Now what am I suppose to do?. I want my money back .. Do I need to send a certified letter.. This is such a scam.. Thank God I didn't open the bottles...I send it back unused...Now they shut me out and they got the product back, cause I had a tracking slip on it ..Yes they are a big scam company...Anyone have a number I can call...This is a scam.

I also thought I was receiving a fee sample only to find my credit card had been charged. Now I have received another package that I did not order.

Same thing happened to me, the package came there is no return label or time limit to return, I thought it was a sample now I'm charged 97.88 I will get my money back. Will just have to fight it.

On 01/01/2014 I was charged for handling and shipping for a free trial of $ 4.95 when I received the package I notice there was no warnings of what would happen if I keep the product or cancel. So I called the on 01/14/2014 to find out if they were going to send me a product so I can cancel befor they surprise me with negative charges. I was right! These people charged me for canceling supposely in time $39.95 emmediatley on my debit card. So ti asked them what if I cancel the cancelation so you won't charge me right now and her answer was " then you will pay over $90.00 " so if I return the product I still pay $39.95 customer service was rude and she told me " that's why you should have checked the fine letters" my response was I can't see it from the phone and that I was screwed either way, also the scent of the product resembles the scent of zest bar soap and texture like its mix with water. I was scammed by these people so please be cautious with this company they are robing us cold. :(

The same thing happened to me. Did you return the product? Mine came so close to the original product I didn't have a chance to use the product.
