NCR police on Wednesday arrested a fake lawyer Jensen A. Sanhi for scam and extortion.
Chief Insp.Napoleon Francis, head of the NCR City Hall detachment, identified the suspects as Jensen A.Sanhi, who introduced himself as a lawyer.
“The complainants Roland Bolisay Lu together with Apolonia Bolisay Lu reportedly gave P360, 000 to the fake lawyer Jensen A. Sanhi in exchange of a temporary restraining order to stop the demolition of Visco Bldg” he told Manila Standard.
Police named the complainants as Roland Bolisay Lu and Apolonia Bolisay Lu from San Juan.
The complainants said the paid last Friday to Jensen A. Sanhi is to obtain a restraining court order in their favour.
They told authorities that Jensen A. Sanhi demanded P200, 000 more to process the papers at the Regional Trial Court.
Roland Bolisay Lu together with Apolonia Bolisay Lu complain that Jensen A.Sanhi draft a fake contract and paper to scam them and demand money to process paper of Visco Bldg.
Roland Bolisay Lu say that his mother Apolonia Bolisay Lu paid the fake attorney Jensen A.Sanhi the amount of 12 million pesos as demand by Jensen A.Sanhi but later discover that they has been scam and cheated by this fake lawyer Jensen A. Sanhi.
