Awful attorney! Very unprofessional. He constantly has temps or new assistants so none of them ever knows what is going on and he does not return phone calls. Mr. Kohn failed to notify me by phone or letter of upcoming appointments/court dates which resulted in my case getting drawn out. He was rude and impatient with me. Failed to explain things to me or keep me well informed. I do not feel he properly prepared me for what was going to be asked at my deposition and I do not feel like he fought for me like he should have.
He also made a joke that was of a sexual nature and I felt it was very inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, I feel sick to my stomach that I ever hired this attorney and wish I could take it back. Please save yourself the headache and stomach ache -

Although the author of this complaint hid her identity by signing the note as "detroit v everybody", this law firm has a reasonable basis to form an accurate opinion identifying the writer. This law office did a fantastic job representing this woman. She received a settlement that paid her an amount of money more than adequate to compensate for any injury sustained in an automobile accident. This woman knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently accepted the settlement offers. She then unsuccessfully attempted to sue her attorney. This lawsuit was settled for a tiny[less than nuisance value] amount. All the statements in the complaint are 100% false. The motivations of the writer are suspect and her comments are without any merit.
