We had an appointment on August 12 at 10:30 am . We arrived 1 hour early and filled out the paperwork. Then they said nothing to us when it was 10:45 am. So we left.
They let another paitent in ahead of us. Here is the confirmation that we recieved the day before from thier office.

Your appointment is scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, August 12th at 10:30 and 11:00. If you need to change your appointment, just give us a call. Otherwise we will see you guys in the morning.
