I tried calling them to figure out what was going on, and they told me that my shipment was already at my local Fedx location. However, when I went to Fedx, they told me that the tracking number showed that the jewelry was still with AsuJewelry.

I ordered 240 necklaces because the one I really wanted was on backorder and that was the only way to get it. The necklace I ordered was supposed to say "the love between grandmother and granddaughter is forever," but when I received my order, it actually said "the love between a mother and granddaughter is forever."

I was pretty upset about this mistake, especially since I had ordered such a large quantity of the necklaces. I think if they didn't have the necklace I wanted, they should have refunded me instead of just shipping whatever they had.

liars liars liars, they promise a ready ship for 48 hrs. do not fall into that trap. they don't respect their words.
I ordered in 23 November and we are in Dec 2, the shipment company said that the delivery package is still in china while they said its delivered.
and I had another issue with them that I just remembered, i have another shipment that had to be canceled dur a payment error and while it was pending they sent me an email that the package has been sent.
amateurs, liars and unprofessional, that's what you have to expect. i wont receive my orders before next week therefore i wont be able to sell properly for Christmas.

When my order arrived many items were missing and their customer service did nothing to help. They said they were not able to send me the missing items because they were no longer in stock but they also refused to refund my money. So I asked what options did I have and received no reply. Terrible company to deal with!
