Aspen Dental aspen dental mass action lawsuit forming

If you have been a patient of Aspen Dental and you believe that you have received unacceptable dental care resulting in:

- Physical injury associated with the dental care provided

- Unnecessary, excessive or questionable dental treatment

- Poorly fitting or cosmetically unacceptable dentures

- Protracted pain after your dental procedure

- Emotional Distress as a result of your dental visit

- Financial abuse which you cannot resolve with Aspen Dental

You may have a Legal Right to financial compensation.

A multi-state Mass Tort Lawsuit is forming against the Aspen Dental Group. If you would like to have your complaint against Aspen Dental considered for inclusion in this action, please send a complete description of your “Aspen” experience, including your name, contact email address and phone number to the following email address:
[protected]@consultodont.com
Attn: Aspen Dental Management (Mass Tort / Consumer Fraud Allegations Unit)
we are requesting that in your email you identify your complaint as being in one of the three following categories:
1.DENTAL MALPRACTICE – In which you have been physically injured by their dental “care.”
2.CONSUMER FRAUD – Includes cases in which office personnel of Aspen Dental used high pressure sales tactics designed to take your money with false promises of providing competent dental health care.
3.Combination of Malpractice and Consumer Fraud.
You can remain anonymous!
When you email the description of your complaint for inclusion in this action, simply request that we assign you a confidential identity. As a new patient, a reasonable person would not expect Aspen Dental to take unfair advantage of a dental problem – after all, they are considered to be a healthcare facility; however, when you sit down with the Office Manager to discuss your dental treatment plan it becomes clear that your money, not your health, is Aspen's primary objective. The job of the Aspen office manager is to force you into accepting the most costly and extensive dental work possible. This is termed “conversion” and is against the law.
Aspen Dental rewards its employees with financial bonus incentives for exceeding monthly production goals. This bonus system is based upon Aspen's internal use of “metrics” which pressures each office to compete against other Aspen offices. Unfortunately, since Aspen’s Management Team is composed of individuals whose background is in “consumer retail” – not in healthcare - they operate the dental care facility as a retail business in which you are not viewed as a patient - instead, you are simply a paying customer. Aspen Dental’s motto is: “To create a happy, paying patient.” But, unfortunately once you pay, you quickly discover that you are not happy.
This Mass Tort Lawsuit will effectively make Aspen Dental accountable for their acts through the unified and coherent voice of thousands of patients who have been wrongfully injured by Aspen Dental.
This Mass Tort Lawsuit will channel thousands of patient complaints into a collectively powerful force which will finally stop Aspen. We look forward to consulting you in this matter. Have a nice day.

I have been to Aspen Dental since 7/12/2022 I had 7-8 lower jaw teeth extracted for a lower plate. The technique used to extract the teeth was barbaric. I ended up with splinters in my gums and here I am nearly 3 months later and am still suffering with these splinters. They actually expected me to wear the dentures with the painful splinters. I am down to one splinter and can wear the denture and I have been back over and over and my denture will not stay in and is ill fitting. They have tried to charge me over and over for misalliances procedures and I remind them that I paid the Delta Dental copay and do not owe any additional charges and they continue to try to charge me for one thing or another. So I am very limited as to what I can eat, it is uncomfortable with or without the denture in. I was misled buy their advertising and felt with so many offices they were top notch.

I had some work done at Aspen Chattanooga,TN. I fell into the partial “guarantee “. I was ripped off. The Dr extracted an extra tooth he said “needed to be pulled” and said it was free since it was his mistake. They’re billing me for that now. Also keep trying to bill my insurance for work not done. My bottom partial has broken 2 times they won’t replace it. My top keeps falling out, they won’t fix it. I can’t get my money back. They said I had a $400 credit from last year to cover my fillings. Wouldn’t give it back to me. I had the cavities filled now they’re sailing I owe them over $1000! I do NOT recommend these guys. I still have fragments in my gums they didn’t clean out when they pulled my teeth! Consumer beware!

We paid 17, 000 plus in cash for denture implants that never worked. Implants started to come out within 6 months of having them. We are having to try to get new traditional dentures made. The cost will be 6, 000 plus. Since implants my husband is now on the heart transplant list. The financial burden this has caused us is sad. We took a good part of money that was meant for our elderly years and threw it away. At the time we felt we were doing the better and right choice. Wishing now we could go back in time and just go with a traditional denture that could have saved us over 10, 000 dollars.

I worked there. There is a lot of bad going on in that company. As soon as you start to question them, you’re gone. They did me a favor. The dereliction of professionalism with suspicion of malpractice is, of course, unethical and goes against my moral truths.

Please avoid this business! They put you through so many "tests"! Stuffed many huge items in my mouth that tasted and looked dirty! I should have followed my instincts and left in the middle of their two hour "exam"!
It has been approximately five months since my visit and I am still infected! First my mouth became encrusted with sores, I have a scar on the top of my mouth from one sore that was very deep! Then I started getting a rash around my neck and ears that still today remains but has traveled slowly down to my upper chest and back and shoulders! I have gone to both my family doctor and a dermatologist and neither knew what the rash was!
I was told this "service" (torture) would be free, I even inguired twice during the visit, but alas, I was sent a bill for $193.00. They did correct this when my husband and I rerurned to dispute that "mistake"!
I am 73 years old and have never had any problems with my skin or rashes like this! This place is filthy and should never be open to the public!

Horrible company. Don't go to a strip mall dentist. Dr. Patrick Dermesropian ripped out my wisdom teeth in five minutes without speaking to me whatsoever and even after I said I could feel sharp pains and what he was doing. He has no bedside manner. By the way, how many lawsuits has he been a part of? Unfortunately I saw this too late. I've been dealing with this horrible dentist office since June 8th 2020. They don't know how to file a claim correctly and then you'll go back and forth with them for months. Who has the time to be sitting on the phone between their office and your dental insurance and medical insurance carrier MULTIPLE TIMES! A claim can only be contested for a year which they know ha but unfortunately for them they'll never get any more money out of me when they in fact owe me money and I'm done fighting them about it. If they had just filed the claim correctly like I told them to do on SEVERAL occasions over the last 6 months and like my dental insurance company explained to me to tell them EXACTLY WHAT TO DO, then I wouldn't have to be going through this circus of "we don't bill medical" FINE but my medical doesn't cover extractions! They will send you *the patient* their billing ledger and have you in the middle to go back and forth with your insurance carrier! What are you getting paid to do? I should have just went to McNally for my dental extractions! I don't know what I was thinking dealing with these bozos! How many people does it take to screw in a light bulb? I have talked to so many people over there and finally dealing with their manager Kristina who is no help at all. What about, RE-SUBMIT THE CLAIM CORRECTLY STATING MY MEDICAL INSURANCE DOESN'T COVER EXTRACTIONS and DELTA DENTAL WILL PAY are they not getting? Why do I have to deal with this for 6 months because Aspen Dental is incompetent in filing claims and then I still have to deal with the fact that I paid for two fillings upfront but after that horrible wisdom tooth extraction I promptly cancelled! They won't give me back my money for paying for services never rendered and now are billing me still! Save yourself the time and hassle and go to a real dentist! Don't tell me to call your patient satisfaction team, you can shove IT. I'm never going to get my refund for services not rendered BECAUSE YOU SUCK! And guess what you can send bills all you want, I'm not paying anything. I'll never pay you so don't waste your paper. You and your corporate office are a joke of a "business". LEARN TO FILE A CLAIM! "We don't bill medical" ----Tell people this BS upfront so they can decide for themselves to go to a real dentist!

Sorry to hear. I know exactly what you went through. That business is crap. I’d like to know why they are still allowed to stay open. Kristina has no clue what she’s doing, but she puts on a good show for those above her. Who knows what else she does to keep her job. They dont keep employees as they are mostly mistreated. A company can not stay quality with a revolving door.

I lost a tooth & also my bridge that was attached to the tooth because of Aspen's Dental Malpractice. A Dr. Shah from Lapeer, MI was at Aspen in Bay City, MI when I went in to complain about my pain. He said "No decay on X-ray". Looked in my mouth & said "no problem". The pain left me shortly after, I believe, because I was on Vicodin from surgery I had just had. Two & half months later when asking for a 2nd. opinion re: that tooth with a different dentist who I go to when visiting AZ, the decay had destroyed the tooth. Root canal failed, tooth was extracted, along with my bridge. I filed a small claim in Bay City with Aspen when I returned to MI. First thing Judge said, "Do you have a witness?". Judge told me I could have subpoenaed Dr. Shah. On the small claims I filled out, I only saw Corporation on the side of the Defendant. Judge said the court isn't allowed to help. (When I had returned to MI to tell Aspen what had happened to me, I asked to talk to the doctor who told me I had no problem. Aspen said he was no longer there. So, at that time, I didn't know his name or where he was). The logical thing to me was to name Aspen Dental as the Defendant. The second dentist I have (who discovered the decay) was in AZ. So, that's all I had to go on was all the dentists' written reports. Dr. Shah said on my report (that he did not tell me) that I may have an open margin on the mesial. That was exactly where my pain was when I went into Aspen in Bay City & where the tooth was extracted--along with the bridge. If he would have verbally told me that, I would have sought immediate help with a different dentist. while in Bay City, MI. Aspen's rep. said the Vicodin caused me dry mouth & that's what excellerated the decay. Judge dismissed my case. I would have had to have the dentist from AZ testify in person.

I'm from Texas, I went to the Lubbock Texas Aspen Dental, they started out good enough than things start to linger on, visit after visit, x-
ray, after x- ray, I lost count, I ended up with 6 visits to get one root canal with crown, they had to do 2 root canals on the one tooth because it was still painful after they did the first one than getting the crown took forever, they had to order it, why can I go to Mexico and get the crown made that day or the next but not here?Aspen Dental kept wanting to mess with teeth that didn't have any problems, I have other problems in which I will go down to Mexico this fall and get fixed because I have wasted all my money on this one tooth and crown. They've bill me through their finance, in which they where paid 1, 564.92 than I was billed from their office for 936
.75, total 2, 501.67 that's a lot of money for one very small tooth and it looks really bad, It's next to my two front teeth so it's right out there for all to see, besides the pain I went through waiting to get the second root canal on the same tooth, I'm still afraid of Ice Cream, I have to pay the finance company but Ill go to court before I will pay the 936.75, that, s just wrong to charge me more because the finance would not send them any more money for work they didn't do.My biggest question is why s Aspen Dental still open, harming more and more people

On May 5 2014 I had a toorh pulled at Aspen dental in hermitage, pa. I was told at my first visit after a full mouth of xrays that I would need a full set of dentures. I was told that I would have nothing but problems with ny teeth...I am a diabetic and have been for the past 42yrs. I was told that " I would be much happier " with a full set of dentures...I was told my "teeth were not worth saving". Unfortunatley I felt they were the Doctors and I should Listen. So on [protected] I had all my teeth pulled I spent every penny of my dental insurance plus another almost $3000.00. My life has been destroyed...I cannot eat, talk right..the dentures are HORRIBLE do not fit...I have been back 3 times since receiving them and was told that I just need to get a better attitude. I have contacted Aspen numerous times for my refund...they are not giving me a full refund and I still have not received it. I have been to 2 oral surgeons and another dentis...I was told bt all 3 that they did a horrible job.I was told by the last dentist that the dentures Aspen gave me were for the size of a full grown man. I am 5'2 very petite and small features. I was also told that there was absolutley NO reason for ALL my teeth to be removed. I had a crown in one of my bottom teeth. The other dentist said that they had no right to ever pull that tooth. He said it could have been left there for an anchor for a bottom bridge.Among other teeth that should have been saved. I now have to have oral surgery done on my mouth Mon 7-7 to fix the mess they left...which is going to cost me an additional $2300.00 Have a new set of dentures made that will be a little over $1856.00 and the 2 posts put in botton jaw wich will cost another $3000.00 Not 1 single time did Aspen ever, ever sit down and talk to me about anyother options NEVER...they are a complete a total rip off scam. And now I live not eating, very, very, depressed and ashamed of how I look...This is a CRIME.

Aspen Dental a

Dental Corporations - The "Well-Oiled Machine"
Have you had trouble with your dental care at a coockie cutter brand-type Dental Setting?

Does it make you want to think twice before you go to another brand named dental office? Do you feel sorry for the ones that have suffered similar circumstances. Well, I think it is time to do something about it and let the voice of patients be heard. No, it is not the dentists necessarily - it is the system that has been created for the dental providers in these companies. As a general dentist, I have always been interested in Corporate Dental Chains and their practices such as Heartland, Aspen, Allcare, Kool Smiles, Dental Dreams, Comfort, Western, Pacific, Midwest, Altima, Dental Works, and many others alike. The concept of profit maximization in a medical setting alone just seemed to violate the hippocratic oath, dental ethics, and state regulations as in general, only a licensed dentist can own a facility - not some corporate interest. My extensive research leads me to believe that if all the laws set in each state were enforced and people understood how our healthcare laws and system are abused and undermined, not ONE of these operations would be open for business today!
In general, Dental Brand and Chain Companies today are designed in pyramid structures with management personal dictating the dental support staff on how to be most productive. It is being done in different models but the overall picture and motive is the same - certainly not superb patient quality care. The road for financial reward ends with the highest executives while the entire environment is setup for maximum profiteering by the doctors and hygienists who generate the revenues. In most of the models, daily quotas from morning huddles when met are reward with bonuses. Believe it Or Not! Yes, the associate dentist does not have much to say even though his or her license is utilized to make this operation legal and bypass state law while unlicensed professionals set the stage in a separate company and dictate day to day policy and reward the ones who play along. In simple terms, consumers have no idea why they are being committed to extensive dental care at times, that many private dentists would consider unnecessary, are surprise and lured by false mass advertisement at times, and their voice is neglected...The answer is simple - in operations that are profit oriented as the highest priority with no soul, patient care can only be second, third, or forth, or not even much of a concern at times as long as the daily quotas are met. It is always wise to ask your dentist if he or she owns the practice, is a partner, is an employee as it will affect your long term relationship, may result in less caring or conservative treatment, and provide an increased chance for over-billing and refund disputes.

If you have a complaint or knowledge about one of these companies unethical or illegal practices, please contact us so we may guide you in the right direction. Please feel free to also contact us in matters pertaining poor practice of dentistry, or any aspect of what you feel was done wrong. We have an extensive background, comprehensive knowledge, and field expertise pertaining to corporate dental practices.

Sir, if you had done extensive research you would know that Comfort Dental is a franchise and therefore all of the offices are independently owned and operated by the practicing dentists. Please do not confuse Comfort Dental with any other dental "chain" as there is no other organization like us.

I got the full hard sell when I went to DeKalb Dental, a Heartland owned practice in DeKalb, IL. At least I had the common sense to understand what was going on and get out of there and get to a real dentist. They just happened to be the closest dentist on my insurance plan, so I unknowingly made an appointment. It makes me wonder how many people (and their teeth!) fall prey to these people. Most of the employees are better suited to working at a used car lot. What I don't understand is why someone would go all the way through dental school and then prostitute themselves at a place like this.

Aspen Dental poor service and threats from aspen dental

The absolute WORST dental chain ever! Due to limited insurance dental coverage in my area I had no choice but to use Aspen Dental as they were the only local in-network dentist. On my initial visit they refused to treat my sore tooth, instead they took a dozen x-rays of my mouth and summarized my "treatment plan" which exceeded $6, 000 (my insurance only covers $1, 200 per year). A few (3+ hour each) appointments later with a dentist who barely spoke English and I now have a temporary crown. I received a letter in the mail today from Aspen threatening to charge me the full amount of the permanent crown if I do not return to their office within the next week to finish with this tooth. Even though my out of pocket fee to finish service on this tooth and to get the permanent crown is $349.00 they are threatening to charge me $1, 074.00 if I do not keep my appointment on June 1st, 2011 (less than 1 week from today). I have received bills in the mail for services already paid, etc. I cannot say enough negative things about this company. They are truly the WORST dental chain anywhere! After I finish with this appointment I will rather go to an out of network dentist provider and pay more rather than waste another minute of my time and hard earned money on this place. They should be shut down! If you care about your teeth and your wallet, DO NOT go to Aspen Dental...HORRIBLE SERVICE and they will RIP YOU OFF!

Aspen Dental uncaring $ hungry

My mother went to Aspen Dental because she had no insurance and found they were cheaper. They are cheaper for a reason. She's had dentures since she was 14 years old, she's now 82. To make a long story short, she wasn't happy with the first pair they tried on her in the office because of the fit, so they had her come back in two weeks and they gave her the same pair, told her they were different, told her they'd fit better in a week or two and basically bullied her until she left with them. Since she had no dental work done for them, they should have fit her perfectly when she left. She was so upset that she refuses to go back. They made her feel *** and old. We are returning them and we will not be paying for them. She's going to go to our dentist. They are out for the money - stay away.

I'm very sorry to hear that you and your mother were not satisfied with her recent visit or the dentures she received. Please know that denture patients typically have to come in several times for adjustments upon receiving their dentures to ensure proper fit and comfort -- the dentist and lab technician are committed to working with every patient to make sure that they are fully satisfied with their dentures. Here's a brief video about what to expect during the denture process: http://www.aspendental.com/video/smileguide.livingwellwithdentures.html

Aspen Dental incorrect billing

After following up with Amy at Aspen Dental Patient Satisfaction on 5/2/11, regarding being sent a bill for $172.40, she concurred that I do not owe them that amount and stated that I would receive a corrected statement/ledger...and they still have a credit amount for me. Amy today again said she will send the corrected ledger out to me as I have still not received one.
HOWEVER...my question regarding the denial of payment toward my permanent partial took an interesting turn. I was told by Amy on 5/2/10 that the payment request would be resubmitted to Ameritas (although she seemed certain that it would be denied after I told her the insurance company said the wrong code was submitted and there was no indication that they were being billed for a permanent/replacement partial and they received no information from Aspen Dental that I had a temporary partial prior to that and for how long).
After not hearing back from Aspen Dental or Ameritas, I again spoke to Amy at Aspen Dental patient satisfaction today 5/18/11 and she said payment request was resubmitted on 5/3/11 but again she was certain the insurance would again deny the permanent partial charge due to "frequency". I asked her to explain what frequency meant and she said my insurance covers a partial every 5 years. I explained to her that I was specifically told at the Mount Dora, Fl office that the first partial I rec'd was temporary and to be replaced after 6 months with the permanent partial. She tried to tell me that there is no difference between a temporary partial and a permanet partial but that after 6 months one would have to be replaced anyway after the gums have receded...would that not make the first one a temporary then? As a matter of fact Miss Schneider (Mt. Dora office) herself left me a voicemail message in January of 2011 requesting that I come in to get fitted for the PERMANENT partial. I went back in February for that.
In an email from Miss Samantha Fikes with Aspen Dental Patient Satisfaction back in November 2010, she stipulated that the permanent partial would NOT BE BILLED to my insurance company until after it was placed sometime after the 6 month period. I quote Miss Fikes below:
" I do show that you still do have to get your permanent partial. We did not send the charge for this to your insurance carrier yet because it is not placed."
Yet this morning when I contacted my insurance company, I was told that Aspen Dental did not bill for a temporary partial back in August 2010 (when I received the temporary partial) but billed for a PERMANENT partial which I did not get until about April 2011...interesting!
The Ameritas rep Liz said: had Aspen Dental billed for a temporary partial there would have been a different rate for that...ofcourse less than a permanent partial. The insurance rep said if they were to correct their billing to correctly reflect the charges for the temporary partial I received in August 2010, then Aspen Dental would have to reimburse the insurance company as they had overbilled at that point.
I called my insurance company again just to be sure and spoke to Mark and was told that had Aspen dental billed correctly in the first instance for a temporary partial, then I would have been qualified for the insurance payment toward the permanent partial after the 6 month period.
So! here's the synopsis of what Aspen Dental did:
They billed my insurance company for a permanent partial when I only had a temporary and they were paid 50% of $599.00 (eligible PPO charge on a PERMANENT partial) by insurance company...and took payment of 50% from my out of pocket account, then they rebilled the insurance company for "prosthetics" verses what they billed for the first time "denture partial" and when that payment request was denied by the insurance company...Aspen Dental took not $599.00 but $720.00 from my account! And as if that was not bad enough tried to bill me over and above what I should pay...the $172.40 as stated above!
At a time like this, when people are experiencing such economic hardships, is this how Aspen Dental makes its money, by ripping people off? Does this unethical behaviour extend to the Patient Satisfaction department and beyond also? I would like a written explanation/breakdown of all the PPO charges you have applied to the out of pocket account I have with you in the amount of $1412.60 (this I will compare to my insurance statements). Also I as well as my insurance company - Ameritas, would like to know if you are going to make the necessary corrections and ACTUALLY bill them for a temporary partial, since you have already been paid 50% by them for a permanent partial & 50% by myself and have also taken over 100% payment for a permanent partial untop of that from my account because you claim Ameritas denied payment of that permanent partial.
I know your organization has to make money but doing so dishonestly might not be in your best interest. I look forward to your written response.

Unfortunately most people accept dental/medical billing blindly. My discovery was after the fact when I cross referenced my statements (dental statements against insurance statements) but I eventually did get some resolve and for that I am glad. Consumers have to protect themselves because some of these companies, unfortunately, are not completely above board.
If you are not being unnecessarily charged for something you don't want or need, you might be owed a balance based on what you've paid them and what's been paid to them by the insurance company, and you won't know or be given a credit unless you verify and follow-up. Save emails, voice messages, take notes and follow-up...relentlessly! :)

This seems to be a common practice for them. I have just gone something very simular with them. Incorrect insurance codes and overcharging for insurance covered procedures. I was also told my insurance would not cover and yet, 5 calls to the insurance carrier and my coverage outline and handbook all say its covered. I think they call it fraud!

Aspen Dental horrible service and prices

This dental office is a complete scam. The appointment was easy enough to get, but its probably because they are such a complete rip off. I had to wait 45min before getting called back.. only to have 25 xrays taken with this plastic thing being jabbed into my gums. Then walked back to a completely out in the open examining room with a tv blaring and no explanation on how to turn it down. The actual dentist walked in introduced himself and stuck a mirror in my mouth. Looked for five seconds, said looks good no cavities let me get our office manager to talk to you about scheduling a cleaning. I said, well aren't we going to.clean my teeth today, he replied oh no you have to come back to do that. Then the office manager came and took me to her office. She explained I would need two cleanings because it had been awhile since I got my teeth cleaned. Then she showed me what my insurance would cover. Which was only half. I asked why was it so expensive I have amazing insurance, I have never had to pay for anything. She said it was because I needed two cleanings. I said than you very much and walked out. Horrible... horrible place never ever going back no matter how bad my teeth hurt. When I left not only did I have a headache but my teeth actually hurt and they only took xrays.

you got an fmx thats standard and you say your dental insurance pays for everything thats a lie! dental insrance is a joke they pay for your cleaning yes but other than that puh lease and you may have needed deep scales and root planning usually done in 2 visits and usually done on patients who havent had there teeth cleaned in awhile typical patient wants to come to the dentist but then gets mad when told the truth dont go if you dont like to hear the truth about your teeth! your wasting the doctors time!

Aspen Dental deceptive billing, poor service

I had not been to a dentist in years, and I now have dental coverage through my employer and thought I should see a dentist. I went to aspen dental because it was close to me and covered, and the commercials made it seem like a decent place. I had an appointment, and after sitting in the waiting room for close to 25 minutes, they called me back to do my xrays (which they said was standard for new patients). The girl doing the xrays had obviously not done it very often, as she had quite the time getting the tools in my mouth and actually taking the pictures. She struggled through doing each one, and it got to be rather painful having to take the tools in and out of my mouth repeatedly because she wasn't getting a good picture. After that whole ordeal was over, I was brought into the exam room, and waited there for about another 20-25 minutes to see a dentist. She finally showed up, pulled up my rays, told me all 4 of my wisdom teeth were infected and would need to come out, also that I needed a two stage intensive cleaning. Looked in my mouth briefly, scraped a few teeth, and that was that. They sat me down with a "billing specialist" who printed up an estimate of what it would cost me to have my wisdom teeth out and the intensive cleaning that was prescribed. He told me it would be $250 for my wisdom teeth after my insurance payed what they would pay, and that each phase of the cleaning would be $125. That totals to about $500. He told me I had to pay the $250 for the oral surgeon before I could make the appointment, and since I didn't have the money at the moment, I would have to call back to schedule the appointment. They eventually called me to set up the procedure, at which point they went through all the pre-surgery instructions with me, which was fine. Then came time to take my payment, which again, I was told would be $250. I gave the girl on the phone my card info, she told me I was all set and that they'd mail me a receipt.

The next day I look at my bank account and see a $325 charge. I called back to the office and was on hold for 10 minutes before someone told me why there was more of a charge than I was initially told. She told me it was because of the $75 insurance deductible. The procedure was $250 AND I needed to pay my deductible. When I told her that was not what I was told NOT EVEN 24 HOURS EARLIER, and I did not authorize a$325 charge I authorized a $250 charge, she put me back on hold while she spoke with the "office manager". She gets back on the phone and says they'll refund the $75 but that I will be responsible for paying it when I come to the appointment for the procedure, and that it will take 10-14 business days for the refund to clear the bank and show up on my statement. Anyone who's ever had a refund knows it does not take 10-14 days for it to post to your account. I then proceeded to tell her to cancel my appointment and refund the whole $325 becaues I was not happy with the way it was handled and I would have the procedure done elsewhere. I would encourage anyone else to do the same.

BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR ASK QUESTIONS AND VERIFY WHAT YOU ARE REALLY BEING CHARGED

This place is horrible. The way they treat people is absolutely abominable and unacceptable. They do not know how to deal with customers and instead of providing a good customer experience they choose to be disrespectful, rude and antagonistic. They hire riff Raff off of the street to handle their front end office. An absolute joke! I say stay away and take your business elsewhere - there are lots of other places you can go to receive dental care. Why pay money and be treated very poorly?

aspen dental in chattanooga tennessee is the absolute worst place to go for dental services. I was seen their yesterday and the doctor i seen was a jerk he wrote me a prescription for amoxicillian for infection and tramadol for pain because my wisdom teeth are coming in. I got both of them filled and started taking them well it was about 20 minutes after i took a tramadol i started feeling funny and the next thing i know i passed out for about 5 minutes and after i got up i still felt like i did before i passed out so i took 2 benadryl and it helped so i called up their to let him know that i had an allergic reaction to the medicine he prescribed for me well he was with a patient at the time and told me to call back in 20 minutes so i did well i called back and finally got ahold of him for like a minute then the next thing i know he hung up on me so i called back up their and he told me their was nothing he could do for me because i wasnt at the office ok i live an hour away from the office and really who has money to just blow away on gas i mean where i live gas is $3.99 a gallon and to fill my truck up and to go back up their is ridicilous so if anyone is thinking about going to aspen dental in chattanooga tennessee i would seriously think it over before you go. the prices are extremly high their to they gave me an estimate to fix my mouth and their estimate was 5, 000 and i called a local dentist around my area and he said he would do everything that they told me they would do at aspen dental for half the price so if your not rich like me the best thing to do is call around for the cheap and best price you can

Aspen Dental unnecessary charges

I recently moved to this area, and I wanted to find a new dentist that was conveniently located in this area. Of course, the TV ads caught my attention, using sincerely-looking actors. I am diligent in my routine check-ups, every 5-7 months. On my first visit, only x-rays and initial consultation was scheduled. Not only is this inconvenient for working people, but I would need to take another day off for any other work. They took individual AND panoramic views of my mouth, this is very costly and unnecessary to the dental insurance companies. They claimed I needed deep scaling due to periodontic disease in the lower back section of my mouth, at a cost of $1200.00. I explained that I have never be diagnosed or recommended this procedure. They would not be able to do any routine cleaning without the deep scaling! What a scam!

Hi valleyisle,

I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your recent experience. While I don't know the specifics of your diagnosis or treatment recommendations, I wanted to provide some general context about why X-rays are so important.

X-rays are an important part of a comprehensive dental care program. They help your dentist detect problems that cannot be seen with the naked eye, such as cavities between your teeth, cysts, gum disease, infections and other conditions. Finding and treating dental problems like gum disease at an early stage can utlimately save you unnecessary pain from advanced gum disease down the road.

Regarding your cleaning, you should have been informed prior to your appointment that your first visit would consist of a comprehensive exam, X-rays and consultation (not a cleaning), and I apologize if that didn't happen.

Again, I'm very sorry that you didn't have a positive experience. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your feedback with a member of our patient satisfaction team, please call [protected] or patientservices@aspendental.com.

Thank you,
Kasey @ Aspen Dental

the X-rays are needed for the diagnosis and the insurance company sometimes wont pay for them every year. it is better to get a copy whenever you are moving from one dentist to another. but if you have been going to the dentist every 6 months, the chances of you having peridontitis is very small .please visit this blog

Aspen Dental bad work

Let me start off by saying I became dental phobic after a few years ago when a dentist drilled into a tooth that was not numb. So yes it was my fault for putting off dental work for a few years, but recently I had a old filling come off my molar and immediately called to make an appt since they are the only place that takes me aetna dmo insurance. I am first told it will be weeks before they can see me so I am stuck with walk in clinics. Anyhow moving forward, I schedule my first appt with aspen dental in battle creek, mi and I am told I need 21 fillings, some new, but most are old fillings that just need to be redone. fine. So I go for my first appointment and everything is very rushed (they did 5 fillings in 45 minutes). I was told it would be tooth colored fillings for my front teeth, they did the swatch thing where they tried to best match my teeth, well they went about 4 shades (no exaggeration too dark) so mind you it was all I could do to get back in the dentist chair, when I told them I was doing the best I could but it was intimidating for me they said "we dont care about what happened in the past, just in the future. So feeling all accomplished I go home to look at my teeth, my smile turned into a frown after I saw it looked like I had brown spots on my teeth.

The fillings were too dark. Not to mention where they injected me with the numbing solution i felt like I had been punched in the the face for almost a week after (I have never been in that kind of pain over shots in my mouth and believe me I have had plenty) so I work in a call center and they are very finnicky about how they schedule their time off. so I arranged my time off for my second appt. guess what? they pushed it back an hour and left me a message simply stating my appt had been moved, didnt bother to ask me if I could make it, just informed me thats "when I needed to show up" to quote the receptionist directly. While I am in the waiting room i am behind a gentleman who had a new patient appt, he signs in, sits in the waiting room for 15 minutes only to be told they bumped his appt to the next day and yet he was never called. when he told the woman he worked at a factory and it was going to be next to impossible to come in tommorow she said "well give us a call when you can see us again."

This was just the beginning. so I get back to the chair I let them know about the color issue with my previous fillings the dentist sighs and says well that means were gonna have to re do them and I let her know that was ok lets just wait til everything else is done and I will schedule another appointment. She then proceeds to numb me, i generally have a difficult time getting numb which i told them about I had to stop her twice to re numb me because I started to feel it and she said "your are hard to numb, this is ridiculous" when i said i was sorry i wish i could do something to help she just did a frustrated sigh have me a shot and proceeded to work on the tooth TEN SECONDS after putting more numbing solution in it. They do the fillings, they did all the silvers ones except for one that I requested be tooth colored since it would be visible. Guess what? they used the SAME WRONG COLOR on that one too after i asked TWICE to make sure it was lighter.

lets pause and think about this. they now have to redo all the filings they did the first time, and this other one, which means numbing me again and going thru all this again. why? because they didnt do it right the first time. Then during my work I happened to be in a chair by their cleaning area where they clean the instruments three dental assistants were using profanity saying how much stuff they had to clean.

and just when you thought it couldnt get any worse. I noticed that my insurance was charged four times the amount for the first visit for the SAME TEETH NUMBERS, I asked the receptionist about this she goes 'are you sure'? and wouldnt even bring up my account. She said we would figure it out. Oh yes...it gets even worse. So i get home pull up my aspen dental online information and guess what? they charged my insurance FOUR TIMES for the same teeth numbers for todays visit.

So all in all, I have brown spots on my teeth i didnt have before, I have to get a good portion of my fillings redone, my mouth is now sore from a week ago's injections and todays, they have WAY over billed my insurance, oh and yes, today they chipped one of my teeth while working on the other one...only they didnt say anything about it, so that means thats gonna have to be numbed up again too.

let me re emphasize...i was dental phobic before this, and this was my first time in the chair in 4 years. and they want to do a root canal on me? yeah right, needless to say I will be finding another dentist to take care of that portion. If you are like me and dont have a choice because you have DMO insurance...brace yourself. If you have a choice, please please please do not go to aspen dental, they are the worst, i cannot wait to change my insurance next year, and I guarantee you I will NEVER use aspen again once the rest of the work is done. I simply cannot afford to pay out of pocket so I am stuck at the moment. its awful.

I have worked for the company and watched first hand them rip off, lie and cheat their patients...I was told I was too nice and caring to patients...it is all about the money and we don't have time to care for the patients that are not making them the money. They have the highest turn over in employees as I have ever witnessed in my life...in the two monthes I spent in one office, I had 7 different office managers who all had theeir own way of doing things...They want you to lie and it to seem normal to people when dentures don't fit for thee 5th time and can't eat and are so sore that it is normal, Daily I had patients complain of permanent crowns and fillings falling out of their mouthes for 2nd and third times, , , , I am sorry for anyone who happens to buy into the lie they are selling at the patients cost...what a sad world we live in where the love of money comes before the service's and products delivered.

Aspen Dental refusal to allow me to speak to dentist

I pre-paid for a long list of dental work, begun in February 2011. One issue on that list is the need to have a wisdom tooth pulled. Because I have so many problems with my teeth, the manager of Aspen Dental put them in order of priority, with the pulling of the wisdom tooth being lower on the list than other more immediate problems. During the night early Saturday morning I woke up in pain from the wisdom tooth. I took aspirin, but the pain got progressively worse. I also tried Aleve, rinsing with salt water and anything else I could think of. When I realized it wasn't going to let up, but continued to get more painful I put a call in to Aspen Dental's emergency service line. The operator refused to put my call through to the dentist on call because "my problem tooth was one that they had not yet began work on". I persisted in telling this young woman on the phone that I was in pain and need to speak with my dentist or one on call. She refused to put me through, quoting that its their protocol that emergency calls are only taken for work that has been done and is causing a problem, not on teeth that haven't yet been worked on. No matter how hard I tried to get her to understand that I was in excruciating pain and needed to speak to my dentist who is working on a laundry list of problems - that have already been paid for, she refused to help me. After hours and another night of horrid pain, I tried again at 10:35 a.m. on Sunday. I got the same young woman operator on the phone - she remembered me for yesterday and again refused to help. I asked her if she is a professional dentist qualified to diagnose me over the phone and she got rude and told me that I cannot speak with a dentist, that I don't meet their protocol for an emergency and she refused to put my call through. I am outraged at this lack of concern for an existing patient. I was under the impression that Aspen Dental was MY dentist, but have been corrected on that assumption. They have put their telephone operator in the position of determining if I need emergency dental care. An outrage ! I am now awaiting a return call from my primary care physician looking for help. I am in horrible pain and need something to take to get me through to when I can get to a dentist. Now I have to go to Aspen because I have already paid them for this service. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the American Dental Association and anyone else that I can think of that should know about this cruel and unfair treatment of a human being... Aspen Dental concerned, I am wondering if I cancel?

I just went to Aspen Dental last Friday(4-15-11), I have another scheduled for this Friday and I am wondering if I cancel will I be charged for X-rays, consultation, and whatever other lavish charges they can imagine? I have Fibromyalgia, due to this illness in combo with the medications & my body not absorbing Vitamin D/Calcium properly, my teeth are in desperate need of proper care but reading through the complaints & lawsuits I feel it is necessary to find not only coverage but a DDS with a valid record of success. I can't believe the amount of fast food style GREED that has taken priority over patient care, Sad commentary...I went through my 9 page diagnosis, they have me down for a procedure with every department available to the tune of 9325.00, Hygienist is scrapping gums, general dentist is drilling & filling cavities / including a very thin shrunken front tooth, and then of course the orthodontist for extracting 5 un-salvageable teeth & temporary partials/permanent partials ! I asked so do I get a choice between door #1, #2, or #3 for the token door prize or is there a double-wide trailer waiting for me upon completion of the maze? All the girls I met with were in fact very friendly & did answer all my ?s to the best of their ability however having an office manager explain the run-down left me in an altered state of questioning my own better judgement...I wasn't there for my spring spa day but after reading all the information I do feel as if I made an appointment for a Hi-colonic ...

I would like to explain my experience with aspen dental Scranton office.I had a missing filling causing me extreme pain so I made appointment.Had x rays done, met with dentist and then with Lou the office manager. He explained the treatment suggested by the dentist. Please remember that its your money and only you know what you can afford.I do have dental insurance which covered the initial visit. Some procedures i opted against due to my finances.Peridonal cleaning for one.Went with regular cleaning that insurance paid for.Did not get temporary partial, figure I would wait until gums healed approx. 6 months. My total out of pocket is around 500.00
Lou was very patient and answered all my questions.A few days later I went in to have 2 teeth pulled. The dentist made sure I was comfortable and pain free.Quite pleasant for having teeth pulled.Returned for another visit for filling, again pain free.I chose to have one tooth filled at a time so my co pay wouldn't be to much.So far very pleased with dentists and staff.

Aspen Dental over charge

I took my daughter to Aspen Dental last July, she needed a partial made due to a loss of her tooth. We did what they asked of us and she had 2 teeth pulled and we were told that she needed to get imprint and she would get a temporary partial for about 3 months and then would get the new partial . I gave them $2800.00 and to this day she still has yet to get what we paid for. She has been in their office almost monthly and every month they tell us she needs a new procedure from a cleaning which today cost $145.00 to fillings which from one visit to another we get different story about what she needs. As of today they have told us she needs 2 filling on her bottom teeth and then another cleaning before they can do her print for her partial.
I feel like I am robbed because I have NO insurance and I pay cash for their service so there is really no-one to stop them for changing me for service I don't need. Do I have any rights as to stop them for charging me so much and get what I have paid for. I will NEVER recommended Aspen Dental to anyone. They are thief
I am asking for help in my rights, there has to be something that can be done they have $900.00 of my money for this partial that is still not in my daughter's mouth.
I would appreciate any help

get a second opinion. and what do you mean an imprint? implant? cause those yes are very expensive regardless of insurance whatever and also they may not want to make the partial until all the work is done becasue if any of the teeth change or move after the partial is made it wont fit anymore

One more thing Pauline,

When Aspen posts their apology and suggests patient satisfaction and they will. It's a complete waste of your time. Your best bet is get your money back and go someplace that actually cares about patients and get a partial for your daughter.

You really should have her re checked by another dentist. No telling what Aspen really did to her.

Yes, I agree that Aspen is ripping you off. The wait time for the partial is most likely due to having the teeth pulled and the healing time associated with that. Aspen loves people to pay in advance and it's the office manager's job to get the money.

Get with the office manager and tell him or her that you want the partial and ask where it is. If they can't give you a date then ask for a refund which they will in turn have to get from the home office in Syracuse, NY. I'm sure the partial won't fit correctly any way and you will have to have another one made elsewhere.

Don't allow anymore dental work to be completed on your daughter. Most likely she does not need it anyway.

I have seen Aspen rip people off. Just go to Google and type Aspen Dental lawsuit and you can read about them as long as you want. The scary thing is, most of it is TRUE!

Why exactly were you going to Aspen Dental in the first place? The only difference between them and McDonald's is a drive-up window.

>"I feel like I am robbed because I have NO insurance"

Why not? Where did you get $2, 800 from? There are private Dental Insurance policies!

I think you need to pull your head out of your rump. Tell me something do you get taken a lot? Start being the adult and ask questions, get estimates. You're a victim of you're own ignorance.

Aspen Dental fraudulant

I went to them for a regular check up and cleaning, they informed me I needed a "deep cleaning, and root scaling" which is somewhat of an invastive procedure. Since it was over $700 out of my pocket after ins, and it was very involved with multiple checkups, I decided to get a second opinion. Just to note, they also told me that regardless of the invasive deep cleaning, if I did not opt for the additional $250 antibacterial treatment, that my peridontal disease would come back, but ins wont cover the antibacterial treatment. So... I go to a family dentist, they look at my ex-rays I provided from aspen, they examined me, and told me that not only do I not need what aspen said I did, but that it could potentially cause problems, when they do the root scaling, they're creating pockets between the teeth and the gum line which can actually *lead* to the disease they were claiming I was in need of treatment for! Those crooks! All for my money, they were going to make me worse off than I was just for my dollar! Do not go there unless you like throwing away money and want your teeth to be worse. I'm ashamed of anybody who works there. I'm somebody's mother, i'm somebody's daughter, i'm somebody's sister, would they do this to their own?

I had the same Fraud experience at Aspen Dental, Framingham, MA. I went for a routine cleanup and they didn't even mention that they are doing deep cleaning or it costs me extra, they just did some cleaning and billed it as "Perio mentenance". I do not have any Periodontal decease or any issues with my teeth. They are a bunch of thugs, out to rob your money with unnecessary services, over billing and poor customer service. Stay away from Aspen Dental

Aspen Dental incompetent dentist

I went to Aspen Dental because they were an in-network provider on my insurance. I too, went to Aspen Dental on Illinois Road and it has been the worst experience ever. The female dentist is incompetent. She did my cavity wrong and shaved my tooth too small, so that there is now a big gap between my teeth, a hole and pain. She also did not put my caps on correctly, and now there is a gap between my teeth where the caps are as well. I never had any problems with my other dentist. Network or not, I am going back to my original dentist.

I'm sorry that happend. Not surprised, just sorry it happened to you.

I don't see Allie on here so either she joined most Aspen employees as quit or there are so many complaints that she needed help offering apologies to everyone.

Aspen is horrible and I know because I too had to make the decision to stay and cheat people or leave.

Aspen Dental bad experience

Keep away from Aspen dental. I can't believe they are in business and no one stopd them. They need a hidden camera news team to show what they are up to.

Find a real dentist - fast! They quoted me $4900.00 plus for some work I didn't need at all. I went to a regular dentist and everything Aspen had told me was a lie! They said I had gum disease, needed root canals, etc. etc. There are no decent words to describe them. Now they sent me an offer for 25% off the $5000. worth of services which I didn't follow up with that they said I needed. Haha. But it is no joke, so BEWARE!

Wow, just like in training. I was told the same thing to patients that discovered the lies.

If Aspen does not lie to peoplem why does the same complaint keep coming up?

The fun thing is when you work in the office and a patient shows up to tell you this in person.

Dear Steve,
I’m very sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your visit.

Please know that it is not uncommon for two dental care professionals to look at the same patient and offer different treatment recommendations. This does not mean that one professional is right and the other is wrong, rather it reflects what each dentist believes is the best course of treatment for that particular patient. We encourage patients to ask questions of the dentist to fully understand the recommended course of treatment so that they are able to make an informed choice about what is best for them.

Here's a good article that addresses the topic of seeking a second opinion about dental care recommendations: http://www.everydayhealth.com/dental-health/should-you-get-a-second-opinion-about-dental-work.aspx

Additionally, here is some advice from the American Dental Associaiton on resolving disputes with your dentist: http://www.ada.org/2948.aspx?currentTab=1

Best regards,
Kasey

Aspen dental screwed up my root canal procedure because the specialist forgot to look at the X-ray before the procedure, after he apologized to me stating he has made this mistake, i then had to have the tooth extracted, then the charged e for this extraction and the failed root canal. This place was unprofessional service, so basically i lost my tooth, and got charged for what they call clinic procedure fees.

My son went to aspen dental and was scammed. However, I, his mother, became involved with the projected plan of care and got the bill decreased from over $2000. to $999. I still am very angry and I am certain we were still ripped off. Care was given that was not needed and the bill was especially difficult to understand. The office manager used pressure tactics to coerce one to ok treatment. I did not give in. I would be happy to help in your suit. We are from Springfield, Illinois.

Aspen Dental worst dentists ever!

I really wish that I had read the reviews/complaints prior to having made an appointment. In this case, every terrible review that I have read regarding Aspen Dental is true, too bad I only found this out after my horrible experience. I am someone who is deathly afraid of the dentist which is why I ended up with a horrible abscess. I went to the ER due to a swollen face, major infection, and sever pain. The doctor recommended my seeing a dentist within the next day or so. Aspen Dental were the only ones who could see me that quickly. I arrived at my appointment 10 mins. early and filled out their paper work. The outer office was FREEZING and I waited over 30 mins to even be called back. Once I was called I was taken to a small "room" which was no bigger than a closet and was given x-rays. I then was taken to the dentists chair which was uncovered and ripped. The entire office seemed so unsanitary to me and certainly not what I had experienced seeing at "proper" dentists offices such as the one I take my daughter to every six months. I sat in the dentists chair and was given a magazine to read while watching the dentist move from patient to patient in what seemed an assembly line method, also without changing his gloves which he has used on previous patients and picking up papers and x-rays etc. Another 20 mins. later he finally arrived to my chair asked me to open my mouth while he briefly looked in. He went back to the paper work and told his "assistant" that tooth number such and such was beyond repair and that there was a second tooth ready to erupt. In his opinion all of my 26 remaining teeth needed to be extracted and he recommended dentures. I am 46 years old and considering my fear of dentists, I thought that wouldn't be a bad idea, just get them all out and be done with it. I was then told to go wait in the outer lobby and the "office manager" would call my husband and myself in to discuss payment options. After another 20 min. wait, we were finally called in her office. Wow, this office manager really was a sight! She was unkempt and her hair was on the greasy side, it was not product in her hair, but clearly unwashed. We have insurance and prior to my appointment I had checked our benefits. 2 cleanings and sets of x-rays per year are free and most everything else including dentures are covered at 80%, braces at 50%, so we have quite good insurance. After going over the recommendations from the dentist, she came up with a price of $7, 005 AFTER the insurance portion. She proceeded to try to "sell" their financing at a 24% interest rate. Ahhhh, no thanks! I just told her that I would not qualify for the financing trying to end that conversation because I knew at that point she was nothing more than a salesperson and this entire practice was about nothing more than money. She didn't mention anything about my issues with my teeth or my oral health, it was all about, "oh, well couldn't you get a co-signer", or "Maybe you could borrow the money from a family member". I was so disgusted and even offended. She had made a couple comments about my insurance which I knew were not true because I had checked my benefit summary on United Concordia's website prior to my appointment. The bottom line, I wouldn't take my dog to this dental practice! They are unprofessional, sub-par employees (from reception to dentists), and not at all caring or concerned with the oral health of their patients. In my opinion, this chain is nothing more than a money making assembly line business. I hate to think what I would be writing had I let them actually do any work in mouth. My advice, stay away! If you have no insurance, try the nearest Dental College or a dentist with true compassion who is more interested in your oral health than making a dollar. The only reason I went to Aspen was due to them being the only ones able to get me in as quickly as the ER doctor wanted.

I agree...there are alot of patients that just don't know about this board. Aspen is also accurately described on several other boards of this type.

I was in an Aspen office when a woman came in and said that she wanted us to know that the 8 cavities that Aspen found were not there according to a second opinion from another dentist in town.

As far as less than the 1 percent goes...Do you really want to take that chance?

Hey guys,

As mentioned above, I do want to apologize for the poster's visit. Our goal is to have 100% of patients satisfied. While it's tough to read negative reviews about any company, I want you to know that our online negative reviews make up less than 1 percent of our total patients.

Patients come first, and every office strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment, so I'm disappointed to hear about your experience.

If you have any questions at all, please let me know.

Allie

Aspen Dental for a $150 tooth being pulled I paid 4,000

When I was Pregnant In 2009, I had a absest tooth that need to be pulled. No job no money and Aspen Dental was the only place that would take me. I went and got x-rays and a couple days after they took my tooth out. I had already told them that I wasnt able to pay them In full so they sent me to a lady to help me figure out payments. She set me up with a credit card called CARE CREDIT saything that the limit was $2000 that i would receive a bill in the mail and that I would be able to make payments on the card. Everthing was fine but I didnt receive any bill. About a month went by and someone called me and demanding $2000. How was I able to pay for this and why. I asked questions and said i could make payments they wanted the amount in full. Everthing was put aside for two years and then a sheriff came to my house that they were going to sell all of our stuff. My husband, my father in-law and myself stuff. Then they told us that the bill was up the $4000. Luckly we got i taxes and were able to pay it. Please who ever you are never go to aspen dental I never would want someone to go through all the greif and pain that we went through. God Bless everyone.

Aspen Dental deceptive billing practices

Deceptive Billing Practices

Large signs announcing "free exam and X rays"
After the very cursory exam and way too many X rays, a "meeting" with a billing associate who tries to upsell you with other products. Absolutely no mention of a bill for the initial exam. Afterwards,
received a bill for 215 dollars for, again, very cursory exam, and excessive X rays.

Will NOT be returning to this dental corporation. Recommend NOT going there.

I am (was) a patient of Aspen Dental. They told me all my teeth needed to be extracted which they did. I got the temporary dentures the same day. My insurance was billed plus I paid a bit over 1300 dollars out of my bank account. The dentures are horrible, if I open my mouth to speak the bottoms one come out of my mouth. I have not had a decent meal since I had the work done. I got back and they clip a bone here or there and it does nothing. To top it off, I keep getting bills from them stating I owe such and such an amount. At this point I am not sure what to do. If you have an suggestions or solutions to this problem, please email me. I have used the max on my insurance and I cant afford to go to another dentist at this point. I would not reccommend Aspen Dental to anyone. I just want to get something I can live with until I can go to another dentest and get proper dentures
