The Aspen Dental in Vancouver, was very horrible. Here I came there in good faith, to have new denture's made, and they were very bad and I had a seriously alarming experience.
They almost choked me to death with the impression mixture from the upper impressions and the 2 young females, attitude, body language, and tone of voice's were very nasty mean, as well as a oh, well type attitude!
Here I am paying over $900.00 for new denture's to be treated like this?
The female taking my upper impressions was pushing so hard on the front of the mold that it popped the back of the mold loose and she took the impression that way, without redoing it! I could not believe it, she just stated oh, well if it does not fit right when you get your false teeth we well have to do it again.
I came in there toget it done right the 1st time, not being forced to keep coming back because of their mess up's, and negative attitude.
I need help, and not to be terrified for my life, and be taken to be sucked dry of my insurrance and my co-pay money.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
