I followed a link on facebook to win an i-pod. It said I was able to purchase the i=pod for £2.99 I not only have recieved no i-pod, but to date they have taken over£155.00 ounds from my account without my authorisation. Not even my bank say they can help me stop this! I am horrified and very upset, I don't know what to do about this!

I just went to do some banking and they have taken a total of $280.00 canadian ...Anyone know what's going on, when I asked them online about my membership to cancel it, they had troubles finding me. No problems taking money out, Is there something that can be done? What's the next step?
I have been subject to the same scam, I purchased an iphone for $9.74 and it has cost me over $270.00 from my credit card, this is a huge rip off and these people should be charged.

i have had that done to me this morning luckily my bank put a stop too it and i will be having a new card . thanks to natwest ive lost no money. £59.99 they tried but thanks to natwest fraud and the fact that i didnt have that much in my bank at the time . CONTACT YOUR BANKS THEY SHOULD BEABLE TO PUT A STOP TO IT ..

i too have been ripped but for 119 nzd per month it has been going for 3 months the only thing that i think to do is stop my credit card but i want to know who they are and what have i done for these leeches to do this. i have tried the ASK-ZINGER.com but it comes back as unknow this is what is on my CC statement

i also ham having the same problems with Zinga, i ordered a phone for £3.11 plus £1 for postage a few days later £58.99 was taken from my credit card, i contacted zinga by email saying i wanted my money back, the reply was i signed up for it and they would be taking the the same amount for the next 2 months and they say if they dion't get their money they are going to send the debt collectors.
i did not sign up for anything, i have never recieved the phone, my card has been cancelled so at least they won't get any more, and my bank is looking into it .. so if i were you just tell your card issuer to cancell the card and give you a new one with a differant number
I also was scammed by zinga.com. They have taken £59.99 from my account twice and then £6 and twice for £1. I am very very angry at this. How can they get away with doing this to people There must be something legally that can be done to stop them getting away with this. I have now had to put a stop completely on my credit card, so cannot now use my credit card. What can be done about this?

ASK-ZIINGA took money twice from me without permission, 59.99 each time. According to others I will have another 59.99 taken. How do they get away with this legally.
