As Mashable reported working Apple together with the Indian e-commerce giant Flipkart to the iPhone 7 successfully sell in India. The launch of the new generation iPhone will be held on 7 October in India.

Price stability in India

Thanks to the cooperation Flipkart is the iPhone 7 relate directly by Apple, to instead go via third party must. In return Apple gets an influential partners and price stability in India.

Currently Apple does not have any license for the direct sale to the customer in India. So far, you have to relate an iPhone via the third-party trade in India. Apple had no impact on the selling price, which resulted in an escalating price war last year in this case.

The iPhone 6S example officially sold for 63, 000 INR (844.20 EUR). However, a retail price of 45, 000 INR (603 EUR) is not uncommon. With the new form of marketing Apple now has the possibility to influence the price for a price dumping to prevent its partners.

In addition to the sale of iPhones, the contract including also consider the sale of iPads and Macs. Apple has also received an agreement for direct sale to the e-commerce company Infibeam. Here Infibeam will miss but on the supply of iPads and Macs.

Apple fraud done by apple

My name is Anant Shetty ( +91 - [protected] / +91 - [protected] ) had buy an I Phone 5S worth rs 21000 INR from online shopping website Amazon in December 2015. At the time of purchase there is no terms and condition explain to me.

Even the amazon people has not mention the terms and condition anywhere in there website.

The phone is in 1 year apple warranty. 2 weeks back suddenly the phone starts misbehaving and a small black spot appear in display.

I immediately rush to apple store for replacement as the phone is in warranty, However, they have denied to do so stating i have put pressure on phone.

Please note that i am an average earning guy and taken this phone on loan. I have handled this phone very carefully in this 8 months and not put any pressure on phone.

I have explain the same 1000 times to apple store people and even to John from Singapore apple office but nobody is ready to listen and stick to one point stating they will not replace the phone.

From last 2 weeks they are just mentally harassing us without giving any resolution.

I request you to kindly look into the issue. I have also given the case to my lawyer to file a legal case against apple.

Apple iphone 7 purchase

Trying to purchase 2 iPhone 7 phones online via Apple's website. I am purchasing both phones at full retail cost. Apple is asking who my provider is for cellular. I choose Verizon. Then the website claims that since my account with Verizon is a business account I first need to contact Verizon. I'm paying full retail Apple for both of your iPhone 7's. Take my F'ing money and send me my F'ing phone next week. Because Apple can't get their crap in order I can not place my pre-order for my two iPhone 7's! What the F is wrong with this company?

Apple disappointed

Their "Find my phone" service is absolutely useless. They say their phones are the safest and protected, that you can easily find it. But that's not true. Nothing works like Apple promised. I dropped my new iPhone 6 and have no idea when and where that happened, it just fell out my pocket. I tried every single option I know, but nothing works! The "Find my phone" service says that my phone can't be found, customer service is absolutely useless, and all they say I need to contact the police. So Apple where is your so called safety? I'm very disappointed.

Apple laptop (macbook pro with retina display)

My Apple laptop was purchased two yrs back from Dubai, this was having hanging problem in normal mode but was working ok in normal mode. I took it to a Apple service provider in Al-Khobar and after keeping it for 3 days he says that the Machine Graphic Chip has problem got problem and asked for 1800 SR for repairs.
The laptop which was working on in safe mode is no more working ok in safe mode and this happened after the Al-Khobar service provider did checks on it.
I had taken this same laptop to a Apple service provider in India and they said that my laptop had software and not hardware problem. I suspect the service provider here in Al-Khobar has done the damage and know what he has damaged, the logic board.
I don't know now what do to, I have reported this to Apple UK service support.

Apple not honouring warranty.

Case #[protected]. I purchased my new MacBookPro on July 16, 2015. Over the course of the first 11 months the computer failed on four different occasions. I was informed by the Apple authorized repair facility that each issue was a manufacturer related defect in the product. It has taken three business weeks each time for the Apple authorized repair facility to repair the computer. I've had to rent a computer for three out of the last 11 months of ownership of my new Apple product to get my work done. This is unacceptable. I called Apple to discuss a complete replacement of the faulty unit under warranty after I dropped my computer off for repair on the last occasion on June 29, 2016. After going through three individuals, being hung up on, transferred to the wrong department, and being refused a Manager. I ultimately was allowed to speak to a Senior Resident Applecare Service Advisor. She said she would escalate my request for a replacement. She then provided me with a bogus email address to contact her, and has since refused to take or return any of my calls to her. This morning, Aug 2, 2016 I called to speak to a Manager about the status of my case. All three individuals I spoke too refused to answer my questions about my case, or put me through to a Manager. Stating that I, "wasn't allowed to speak to a Manager. " The only thing I was told by the last individual who claimed to be a 'Senior Advisor' was that my case had been closed. I would appreciate a proper written explanation from Apple as to why they closed my case, and why I'm not entitled as per the conditions of their written Warranty to a replacement unit? Having a new Apple product fail due to manufacturer defects four times in 11 months is unacceptable. Obviously I purchased a faulty computer. Please do the right thing and replace it immediately.

Apple bad service

Apple customer service is terrible! I went to a local Apple service and gave them my phone to fix. They returned it to me without fixing anything! But they still took the money!
I asked them to do at least something but they refused to listen. The person I spoke to was very nasty and impolite! He did not let me say a word and all the time said how busy he was.
I love Apple and I always buy only Apple products but I really hate the fact they cannot provide a proper customer service!

Apple regarding problem in my iphone 5s as it is not working and showing "no service" message

I bought this Apple Iphone 5S (16GB) from M/s Nanomax Trading, Bahrain on 10/07/15 vide bill no. 3223 which i took here to India. The phone works only for 3 months and after that "No service" message appears and from that time it is not functioning. I tried other sims too but every time same messages appears. I mailed it to Apple Customer Care but in vain. Then I some how manage to send it back to that shopkeeper in Bahrain, according to him he has repaired it. But once again I inserted the sim and within 2 hours the same message appears and it stopped working.
As I am a citizen of Faridabad, India and it is not possible for me to send or go to Bahrain, I want to please take action against that shopkeeper who has given me defective phone and now not ready to replace it.

Apple refused to fix my iphone 6!

About two months ago I bought a brand new iPhone 6! That was my first iPhone ever and I was so proud of myself. I am a student and have a part time job and finally I saved enough money to buy myself an expensive phone. That was my dream! But one day the sensor stopped working and I had no idea what happened. I never dropped it or something. I went to Apple store and they refused to fix it an said that it was my fault and told that I dropped it! I told them that I never did that but they refused to listen and that was the end. So I was left without my phone and my money.

Apple worst customer service I have ever had in my life!

I had a problem with my phone so I went to Apple store and asked for help. Some of my photos just disappeared from my phone and the rest did not open, so I asked them to restore my photos. They took my phone and said that there was no way to fix that. But then that genius Apple guy came and told that he knows ho to fix it! When he came back with my phone he had that sad face and told me that he accidentally wiped out all the photos! No words can describe how angry I was!

Apple defective iphone 6 plus

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the faulty mobile phone that I purchased in July 2015 in one of your California stores. My family and I have been loyal customers of yours for the last 6 years and have successfully made many purchases over the years. Unfortunately, this time I am absolutely annoyed and dissatisfied with the service you have provided.

The mobile phone I bought was one of the latest models, the IPhone 6 Plus. However, after six months of using it, all of a sudden it stopped working.
I would have never thought that a phone which is supposed to have such high-technology features, and a warranty backing it up, would stop working so soon.  The only explanation I can find is that I must have been sold a refurbished one or second-hand one while I was charged for a brand new IPhone.  

As I do not live in the United States, a friend of mine took my phone to one of your stores in Miami, at The Falls, and spoke first with one of the members of the staff. He asked him if the device had been opened to which he answered that it had not as it is still under warranty and nobody in their right senses would even dream of opening a defective IPhone. They told him to leave it there for them to check it and see whether it could be repaired, otherwise they would replace it. 

They called him back two days ago to tell him that Apple would not take responsibility for the IPhone since, according to them, the phone had been opened and some components were missing. My friend had specifically made it very clear that the phone had never been opened by anyone before he left it in the store. The only ones who must have opened it are the ones who checked the phone at the Miami store. 

Not only are they making me responsible for something that never happened, but also the manager at the store told him that Apple would not do anything neither to repair nor to replace the defective device and if I wanted an IPhone I should buy another one. 

Under no circumstance will I accept this kind of treatment. I left a defective but untouched phone for repair or replacement and now I am being accused of having opened it before taking it to the store, to which I can only answer that I am holding responsible for all this issue the technician who opened the device at the store.  Nobody at the store offered to open the Iphone in front of me to check that all the components were in place so I can also suspect I was sold a phone with missing parts in the first place and that was the reason why it failed only 6 months after purchasing it. 

I’m holding Apple responsible for all the trouble this situation has caused me, especially considering the phone is a tool I use to work and have been deprived from it due to defective merchandise you are selling and now I have to put up with an outrageous accusation that someone is using in order not to comply with the warranty terms. 

It is the company’s duty to replace the phone with a well-functioning one as covered by the corresponding warranty. If replacement for the same type of unit and model is not available, I want to be refunded the purchase price in full. Otherwise, I will take this claim to the United States Federal Trade Commission and will start legal actions against the manager and the store. I have sent a copy of this email to all the apple email addresses I’ve got.

I have sent my email of complaint to as many apple related email addresses as I could.And I will not hesitate to publish this if I have to. This was an expensive phone. I paid over US$700 for it and it lasted 6 months! And on top of all, I have to put up with an  Apple employee who is accusing me of doing something I didn’t do.  I never thought that this phone, with all its fantastic features, could easily break off and that some Apple staff members could be so rude. I expect that you comply with the warranty terms and replace the phone for a brand new one.I want to make this very clear: at this point, I don’t want to get back a repaired phone, because I really don't trust you. I want a new one or my money in full back.

Apple defect in hardware of my new iphone 6s

Dear Concern,
I am writing for help from Mumbai, India.I had purchased IPhone 6S in Nov'15 from Souq.com in Dubai, UAE.Until last 15days the phone was working well but recently it started heating up a lot & battery started draining faster.The same issue was reported by me to the customer care department in Delhi, India.
With the help of officers here, I downloaded ITunes to restore my 6S but it couldn't be done as the system showed errors like 3014 & 21.The phone isn't starting as of now.The officer said that this is a Hardware Issue & needs to be resolved from Country where it is bought as it is covered under International Warranty & Not Global Warranty.However, the same was never informed to me by nobody.
Request you to please help me as to how can I get my cell repaired or replaced as it is just two months old & I am helpless sitting her in Mumbai, India.
What will be the procedure to follow from India as I am very disappointed with the Warranty Issue faced by me because a company like Apple can't sell
such defective handsets at such a premium price.
Request you to please guide me on the procedure & help me rectify or replace my I Phone 6S.

Apple apple customer service is absolutely terrible!

I purchased a macbook from Apple and when I received my item there was something wrong with it. I contacted Apple customer support million times, complained, asked for help, but I was completely ignored! The only thing they told me that I was stupid and didn't know how to use it. I complained more than 100 times in 2 years and received no help from these thieves! There was obviously a problem with my mac, but I could not do anything about that. And only two years later when the warranty run out they said there must be something wrong with my mac. But since there was no warranty they could not fix it. They said that I have to pay and only then they'll fix it. These thieves refused to help me for two years! I'll never buy anything from Apple again!

Apple huge disappointment!

I had an iPhone 4, but recently it stopped working properly. Since I had an insurance I contacted Apple customer service. They promised to send me a new phone and I agreed. Several days later I received a call from my back and was told that someone charged my credit card. I had an insurance, but these thieves still charged me the full price of the new phone. Once I received the phone I was told that I had to return my broken phone. They said that once return my old phone, my new one would be activated and that I would be refunded. Well, that was too good to be true! I went to the local Apple store and was told they could not give me a refund. I basically lost over $400! Sham on you Apple!

Apple iphone

I went into the Apple store today at Fashion Place Mall in Utah. First I sit at the bar to try and get help and am ignored for 20 minute. Then I'm told to go stand in a line which lasts 20 minutes.

They look at the problem of the screen popping out of my IPhone and then tell me to wait for a few hours or come back in three days. That is absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Apparently Apple does not mind having you sit around for hours and wasting your time.

I left disgusted as I do not have a schedule where I can just sit around for hours or come back days later. I will never buy an Apple product again and just sold all of my Apple stock. I'm still stuck with their crappy phone with a screen popping out which I was told is probably due to a faulty battery.

Hi, I cannot understand how Apple's Store would allow me to download an App and send me an email stating that I am entitled to 14 days to try it and if I am not satisfied I can log into my iTunes account and cancel the purchased item. Nonetheless, that is not the fact, since the reimbursement is up to Apple's own discretion. Apple is lying to its customers leading them to trust in something that is not real. I own a MacBook Pro, an iPhone 4, 5s and 6 as well as two iPads. Does it entail that I trust your product? Apple will start loosening it's customers.

Apple very expensive

I'm not a fanboy of apple, but I must say that their products are great. But they have very high prices. I think apple products are hugely overpriced. WelI, I use Apple for many years now and I'm satisfied. I never had any problems with their gadgets. Their customer service was always helpful. I've been buying from them for 5 years and always received high quality items. But recently something happened with the company. Their products now are very expensive and they don't give any discounts. The problem is that their products are the same quality and speed. The only thing that have changed is their prices. I wanted to buy a new PC and decided to get it from Apple, but when I saw their new prices, I changed my mind. I used to build PC's myself in the past, so I know a lot about them. They have absolutely ridiculous prices for their macs. I know that macs are not the best PC's in the world and they often crash and have different kinds of problems. I decided not to buy from them. There are more cheaper and better computers. Apple, please think about your clients.

Apple I phone 5

I bought an i phone 5 from you, and its not working at all, i m soooooo sad and disappointed about that, even the Charger is not working and i was fine with it, now the screen is becoming Blue and then with colour and then black :( can you explain why ? my phone is off for 2 days, no one can reach me . Why Why you sale this kind of product to customer ?i will tell all my Colleagues in DIFC and i swear to God no one will buy any thing else from you . I m wondering if some one will buy perfume from you, you will burn his Skin . I m working more then 10years in customer services i never seen this before . Now we need to find a solution and as soon as possible for my i phone to replace it, i paid 1500 for that . Apple iphone 5s

I've been at the Apple store in the Eaton Center in Toronto on 10/25/2015. http://www.apple.com/ca/retail/eatoncentre/ My cell phone fell in the water and in this case it's impossible to repair. I was informed that I could buy a new cell at a discount, since I bought new one of the same model of mine. I found good deal. As there wasn't a new one in the store, the seller ordered a new one for me. The deadline was given between 3-5 days. Yesterday I went in Apple Store again because the deadline expired and I had not yet received any email from Apple Store notifying me it . The attendant told me that the request was made and that she'd have no new deadline to give me. She also told me that She'd not have that information in the system and gave me no choice than to wait. It is impossible be without cell nowadays. I need another alternative as soon as possible. Or apple store gives me the same discount to buy an another model, or give me a phone for temporary use until my request arrive. I can not just wait without a date. I believe that Apple wants the satisfaction of the customer, and I hope for a solution rapidly.
