I am a client of apex investment services and now regent markets pty ltd. I am writing this to you the fellow people who also has been robbed by these criminals.
I understand that you may have also been involved in loosing money with apex investment services. You may have received an email from apex investments stating that they are closing their doors and you will receive your current account balance back.
As yet i have not seen any money deposited back into my bacnk account. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you some facts about apex investment services -
• the company had three shareholders (Directors) at time of closing its doors. Ben yuri sasonow [protected] ), luke mc donald and angela-marie barnard [protected]) this information is public knowledge obtained through asic.
• apex used fake names to sell their products, which is illegal. Quintina is angela-marie barnard.
• apex investment used illegal practices to "pool" funds. Something that cannot be done in australia with a fs licence. Apex didn't have a afsl licence.
• apex investments never delivered on the promised service they sold to their clients.
• apex were taking in new customers up to 2 weeks before they closed their doors.
• the service support personnel who apex said they have legal action against, left of his own accord and there is no legal action pending.
• apex did not build their own system for determining alerts, they simply used another companies alerts.
• the shareholders (Directors) of apex investment services have now started out again on their "scams". They have started two seperate companies offering the same services. Regent markets pty ltd
• apex investments was solvent when they closed their doors, meaning they are liable for their debts.
• all three shareholders are equally liable for the companies debts.
There are a few of us who are trying to gather a group together to start legal action against the directors. The legal action is aimed at attempting to recoup the signon fee and also stop the director / shareholders from acting as directors of future companies within australia. I have 57 people on a email list who i received from an ex staff member who too will help bring these criminals to justice. I am encouraging a group action. If we all put in $500 each we will bring these ### down. Whats another $500 compared to the money we have already lost from this. So come on, get behind me and help me..

We know of someone who also was approached by a person from i trade index solutions and on the same day he rung back again from a company called simplicity traders associates, same voice same ### on the phone. He even gave the website www.Simplicitytraders.com. Au - what a scam. She rung the police and they took all details. She was also advised to call scam.com and asic so she did and they said the above companies have been reported from up to 300 people. Simplicity traders is apparently the latest scam to hit south east queensland only starting up recently but already causing huge concerns to authorities. Beware people if you receive a call from itradeindexsolutions or any of the above call the police asap.

I was sold a product that was to make me money by trading on a website called betonmarkets.
They would send me alerts on when and where to place bets on the above site.
After 3 months trading excatly how they recomend i have only lost money.
Cost me $9000 with no chance of refund or complaints process.
They are affiliated with betonmarkets and receive commision for money their clients loose
They post incorrect information on thier site claiming wins when really they have lost.
Very dissapointed, spent my house deposit thinking id make it back in no time...

Ariton Ripped me off for $10.000 I would give a $1000.00 for the address of these ###
The Ariton Group has no connection what so ever with Regent Markets or Apex Investments. Whilst there may have been some concerns about Apex, The Ariton Group has a totally unsullied reputation and a competitent Google search on the name will reval this fact.

Apex Investments is now known as The Ariton Group, or Ariton Pty Ltd.
