Commercial loan
I was a signer on this loan in 2008. I was unaware of my name being in the loan that day. when I showed up that day i was told i needed to sign because property in motts creek had my name on it and I needed to sign off on it. the closing person didnt explain any of it. after the loan was foreclosed on I found out about the predatory lending and tried to get Apex to work with me considering I just found out that two properties were going to be taken and that no one paid the loan. they refused and locked me out of the business prior to the actual termination dates. I believe this is unfair and I am a victim in this mortgage fraud crisis. we have lost everything due to crooked loan officers mortgages and title company's. what are my options ? the property was out business and income . they would not work with me I was in that mortgage and never received anything stating if was behind to begin with. if this was a commercial loan how, could they take my mother's primary residence . what kind of loan did I sign if it took property's that were more than the loan. one being my income and they never gave me due process rights. is this allowed where people without knowledge that they are part of the major fraud that has been reported and identified in our country. where are my constitutional and civil rights as an American born and raised here . as time goes by more foreignors will own the entire country due to the american getting robbed of all we have and worked for
Prepayment penalty!
Was told that my loan was a soft pay and that if I sold my home before the first year of the loan there would be no prepay penalty. Mr Ed Hurwitz is a PREDATORY LENDER AND A LIAR.He has denied ever saying that this loan was a soft pay. Now I am in contract and can not get out of this loan. Remember the names: APEX MORTGAGE SERVICES AND EDWARD HURWITZ SCAM ARTISTS.
Terrible scam!
I came upon your site as a last resort in trying to reclaim what is rightfully mine. I was a former Loan Officer in NY for Apex Mortgage in Brandon, FL. I spent 4 Months requesting my check be sent to me and all I would get is 'we are going through audits, the checks have been pushed back'. From one day to the next, the phones were shut off and I was getting random phone calls offering me a 25% settlement on my commission earned. My total commission check was in the amount of $20,000. To some this is nothing, but it was more than just the money it is the principal of it all. I worked a hard 5 months on this deal to not see a dime.

They are still advertising being licensed in states they were kicked out of. MD, GA, CA and others have issued Cease and Desist Orders against them due to their deceptive business practices. They have also not paid their employees and loan officers, some in months. Their advertising methods and deceptive business practices should have them kicked off Internet advertising.
