My bank statement shows purchase from ap9*midentity.com which we did not make and used our credit/debit card numbers without our knowledge in amounts of $1.00, $1.00, $29.95, and $16.95. This is identity theft. What can I do about it? Plz advise smb!

i demanded that they take the 29.95 off of my credit card and not to use it any more. also a $1.00 charge was also on there. i will file a lawsuit if it is not taken off as soon as possible.

Unauthorized credit card purchase!!! My bank statement shows purchase from AP9*Midentity.com which I have never aurthorized in amounts of $1.00 and $29.95 each month. This is identity theft and I would like to know how to go about having this stop before I get a lawsuit. Please advise!!!
