I was just checking my banking account online and found charges that I did not do for $19.95. I will have to call my bank tomorrow because it is too late today. I am not sure what to do and I am on disability so I hope the bank will help me.

I'm on the phone with the 'intelluis' people now (888 445-2727) - telling me that I must've click on a pop up ad that said "yes show me my report' which then leads to this other company that charges $19.95 and doesn't let you know they are charging (every month) - just to see the report you thought you purchased for $4.95 - funny thing is, they don't bill you right away - they wait 4-5 days so you're not checking... a$$holes. So I'm 'on hold' so this woman can call the 'other' company (that I just found out is called Privacy Matters) to cancel my 'membership' I didn't authorize. So I should be refunded in full in 3-5 days... we'll see!
