My checking account has been charged 2 months in a row for the amount of 19.95, I don't know what this is for, but I did not authorize these charges.

On January 18th. I was on-line one day, they came on and told me taht my anti- virus has expired I said ok and went out and bought Norton Internet Security.2008 When I got my Bank statement I was charged $137.98. I paid twice for a product that I can only use Once.
