FRAUD ALERT! Have had a $19.95 charge twice in January, twice in February from PMIDENTITY and 24PROTECTPLUS, neither of which I have visited a site, received telephone solicitation or purchased a product or service from. I have no idea where they go my card no. from. Calling the number listed on the billing is useless: "hold for the next available representative"...until it finally cuts off. This is a rip off. Let's start calling their numbers (800-211-9749, 888-840-6301) two or three times a day to harass or, if you happen to get a person, which is doubtful, demand proof of purchase. Now I've got to go through the hoops to see if I can get Visa to bounce the charges back.
I am been billed 29.95 plus 1.00 3 time i canceled and yet you sent me a notice of the cancellation yet my account is still been charge remove all the charges since i never use your program becouse i got mixed up sigen in thanks richard cardenas.
I received my discover charde and noticed I was charged $1.00 three times. I replied to you that I DID NOT want this service. I would appreciate a credit for these charges. Please remove me from your list.

I to have been charge $19.95 on my credit card by these folks. Don't know who they are, don't care. Don't want their services. Haven't a clue as to how they got my card number. A bunch of low lifes, undoubtedly.
I have 2 charges for $29.95 (PMIDENTITY and Privacy Matters) on my card as well as 3 charges for $1 on my card. I did not give my card number to these companies and do not authorize the charges. I want these charges reversed ASAP (within 24 hours). My next step will be to go to the local TV station with my complaints!!! This is outrageous!
I have Ben charged $14.95 per month for what. I tried to call several times and had to weight about one hour, when they answered I was unable to finish because it was closing time.
I turned the stealing from my account over to my bank. They stole over 150.00 dollars from me so please don't go to their web page for a free credit rerport it is a BIG FRAUD!!!
I have had a 19.95 charge on my debit/check card for the past 2months and I have no idea where or how it got authorized but im sure to find out. I have my bank which is regions looking into it also.
