AP9*PMIDENTITY.COM-V charged my account 30.00 on top of the credit REPORT I asked for.. I didnt auth AP9 IDENITY TO MY ACCOUNT OR TO CHARGE MY CARD THE DA NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS SLY COMPANY & STOP THEM FROM PIGGY BACKING ON THE THREE CREDIT REPORTERS.I called to try to have it removed. I got a machine that cannot be understoof & unadible.

I was charged 14.95, through a credit card for a monthly service that I never agreed to. I called my credit card company and they removed the charge and refunded it back to my account. I then called ap9*pmidentity.com, and had my account cancelled and money refunded. Sincerely, A. M. Medlin

HERE'S THE PHONE NUMBER IF IT HELPS, I WAS SCAMMED TOO: 888-840-6301...JUST BEWARE...THE RECORDING ASKS FOR A MEMBER ID...WHICH OF COURSE YOU PROBLY DONT HAVE SINCE IT'S BOGGAS...IT ALSO ASKS FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER YOU USED...BUT THEY HAVE IT ALREADY ANYWAY SINCE THEY CHARGED YOU...OR YOUR HOME NUMBER...THEY ARE ON CENTRAL TIME AND OPEN SUPPOSEDLY AT 6AM. I HAVE NOT ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THEM YET...WILL PROBLY GO DIRECTLY THRU MY BANK AND LET THEM HANDLE IT. HOPE THIS IS HELPFULL.

Just call 888-840-6301 and tell them you do not want to be a "member" anymore and you want it credited back to your account. be firm! Worked for me, no problems, sneaky bastards...
ps - i ordered a report from intellus on a person that i suspected was cheating with my boyfriend and APPARENTLY the terms and conditions throws in the little thing about you being a member that I did not know about and basically you have to be a member to get your report... very hidden and deceptive... i saw nothing about this because i never would have agreed!
If they will not credit it, file a dispute through your credit card company
I'm on the phone with the 'intelluis' people now (888 445-2727) - telling me that I must've click on a pop up ad that said "yes show me my report' which then leads to this other company that charges $19.95 and doesn't let you know they are charging (every month) - just to see the report you thought you purchased for $4.95 - funny thing is, they don't bill you right away - they wait 4-5 days so you're not checking... a$$holes. So I'm 'on hold' so this woman can call the 'other' company (that I just found out is called Privacy Matters) to cancel my 'membership' I didn't authorize. So I should be refunded in full in 3-5 days... we'll see!
