unauthorized deduction from my account

There were unathorized charges deducted from a joint checking acct from AP9PMIDENTITY . My son and I have no idea what or who this is. Several months went by before I questioned my son about automatic charges coming out of this acct. He had not authorized anything. When I called the number it was a private phone... I've been told by the local bank branch to call the bank's 800 line to report fraud. They also advised me to ask if it is connected to a debit card and if it was it would need to be canceled.
