I decide against purchasing your antivirus product and did not complete the on line order. I can not get rid of your product and it's popups from my computer. What do I need to do to solve this problem? These popups are very annoying. Thank you for your response.

you will have to restore your computer to factory setting. please don't purchase their service they will take your money and do nothing
