First let me say, this is not even a complaint. Your are obviously someone who is uninformed or this is purely malicious. Cyberdefender is a real company with real software. their software has been reviewed by pcworld and pcmag, CNET, Eetc. They are a publicly traded company with offices in California and call centers in the United States (Los angeles and Syracuse) and also one in India. You don't have any idea of what you are talking about, nor can you spell or space your sentences. i believe this is either a bot post or so random idiot without the ability to do any background checking.

Who cares where their tech support is? Earthlink tech support is in India too. If your computer gets fixed, why does it matter where the tech lives?

IIRC Cyberdefender offers a money-back guarantee if the program doesn't work for you, just like Norton, McAfee, Trend Micro, Avast, AVG, et cetera et cetera. You can try it for a month and if it doesn't work they give you your money back (hint hint.) I kept their antivirus program but I returned their registry clean program, and they gave me my refund within a couple of days.

Anyway I just checked at the Cyberdefender website and they've got customer support available. There's a phone number (866) 793-0454 and an email resource too: support@cyberdefender.com.
