My pool has been done for less than one year. The wet deck was poor plastering from day one. They have partially drained my pool 2 x and fully drained it 2 X . They have been pointing fingers for the past year, looking for someone to blame. They now say for me to go after my pool cleaners because the problems are from poor chemicals.

A couple problems with that. The last time my pool was drained, J & J Pools came to to my setup for Anthony Sylvan and finished on Friday and Monday morning first thing I call Anthony Sylvan to say someone get out here right away something has happened to my pool.

The only other pool service I used was Gator Pools, which is the Company that Anthony Sylvan sent here to do my initial set up. Each person they are trying to blame are or have been their employees during the time that the damage was done.

I want everyone in the Las Vegas or Henderson area to know - DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Read all the complaints on the Net. Don't just read page one. Keep on Reading down through the pages and you will see exactly what I am going through.

I would be happy to show my pool to anyone that wants to see it prior to making a decision with Anthony Sylvan. Or I would be happy to meet with you and Anthony Sylvan so that you can see how they treat their customers. Especially after they have been paid in full!
